Great customer service and attention to deal.

Great customer service and attention to deal. I have serviced my past MB vehicle at MB Princeton for several years and when it was time for a new car, my service advisor Brian recommended I speak with Arno. Arno was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and professional and guided me expertly through the new vehicle ordering process. Everything went smoothly on the day of purchase. I appreciated the assistance and on boarding given by Richard, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its many functions that were new to me. I am looking forward to many happy miles in my new car

The sales process was great.

The sales process was great. Easy and smooth. Five stars. The car turned out to be unsatisfactory. 2020 C300 coupe. Crappy car. Zero power. One star The service team did not have a remedy for the sluggish performance. One star The dealer has not offered me a way to get a better car out of the deal.

We recently worked with Alex and bought a pre-owned 2020

We recently worked with Alex and bought a pre-owned 2020 E450. It was our second time in working with him, and we are very pleased. His patience, knowledge of the field, and respect for our needs made the process very smooth. I don't have current knowledge of the service department as we get maintenance elsewhere.

I am completely satisfied with the service on June 16th. Victor, my service rep has taken enough time to explain my car condition and was so friendly during the whole process. There was no unnecessary waiting time and my car was delivered on time as committed. Victor is the best person I have ever dealt with.
