Adding to my previous review in May since I just remembered that I should mention Mr. Lai and other great people in the sales department. It was an enjoyable buying experience, from when I visited and chatted with Mr. Lai in January to when I picked up my license plate from Lauren. Mr. Lai was particularly helpful in considering several maintenance plans and choosing the most valuable option for me. He also promptly contacted me to answer my questions when I sent feedback about registration progress. Usually, you anticipate the response from the dealer to be slower, after the transaction is completed. Mr. Lai got back to me instantly to resolve my issue. Such small things really add credit to this dealership.
