I am always super satisfied with everyone at MB Princeton. I have known Arno in sales for about 25 years and he is totally my go to guy when I need a new car. Jeff, Victor and Brian in service are top notch as well and never disappoints. This time was my first taking in my MB Sprinter RV Winnebago and Andy was the Service Advisor handling these vehicles. Andy matched anyone else I have worked with in the past and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and he got me in the day after I called to schedule the appointment - and there was no rush. Highly recommended this dealership.

My entire experience was great. Dale the sales gentleman was the utmost professional, explaining everything, answering my many questions, and being transparent about what was occurring. Robert was great explaining the features of my new car.

I have been to several other Mercedes dealerships and none were as professional and pleasurable as Princeton Mercedes. Both Tom and Robert were an absolute pleasure to work with. The purchase experience was organized, comprehensive, quick, and even fun, a description usually missing from most car buying experiences. My wife loves her new GLE and will likely continue in the future using Mercedes Benz of Princeton!
