Minor tire problem and I was advised to bring in vehicle without an appointment. Tire was replaced within a few hours. Very quick and efficient. Car was also washed upon pickup.

I had a very great experience with Mercedes of Princeton. My sales representative Dale was very informative about the GLC 300 that interested me and was very patient with me as I had questions on vehicles of the same model. He took his time and when over all the details of the vehicles as I was able to narrow down my selection to one that I preferred the most. I felt very confident that he was giving me the best deal on the vehicle as well. I had to think on the purchase and Dale assured me that whatever was necessarily doable for me he would be a phone call away. I didn’t feel rushed, he was very attentive and Professional and gave me the time I needed to make my decision to select what was perfect for me and upon me picking up my vehicle I was extremely satisfied with the time that was spent on how to operate the vehicle, Princeton Mercedes has earned my business because of the care given because not all dealers have given this same treatment and it was much appreciated. It truly matters to be attentive to every customer because that’s what earns their business and respect!! Thank you for the experience especially to Dale and I believe Robert who sat with me for 40 minutes to go over the car before I pulled off the lot.

We stopped by Princeton after speaking with the salesman
We stopped by Princeton after speaking with the salesman over the weekend. No pressure, just explanation of the car we were interested in. We settled in on the car in the showroom. We made an offer that we didn’t expect to be accepted. All worked out. Funny I stopped in to pickup the tag a few days later. I fell in love with the exact same car in white with the AMG package. I almost asked if they would take the car back and sell us the one in the showroom.

I bought my first E class at MB Princeton 25 years ago. Arno Orsini was my sales rep then and again last week when I drove home in my new 2025 E. It was my 6th new E since 2000 and the best car buying experience ever. Arno is without doubt the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever worked with. His grasp of the complexity of these cars along with his honesty and class made me more comfortable than I've ever felt in a dealer showroom. He is a true gem to work with!
