Receptionist was nice.

Receptionist was nice. Tam is a good agent . One of my tires got a nail. They patched the tire . I am happy that doesn’t have to replace tires.

I recently had maintenance and warranty work performed on my 2020 Mercedes GLE 450 at Mercedes of Princeton. The Service Department and Service Advisor, Jeff Hirthler, were excellent! The scheduling process and loaner car arrangements were handled smoothly by Jeff. The actual service work completely fulfilled my expectations and was performed correctly the first time. I highly recommend Mercedes of Princeton for servicing of Mercedes vehicles!

I recently purchased an AMG GT 4-door from Arno at MB of Princeton, and the experience was exceptional. I saw the car posted online, reached out to Arno, and he was able to provide more specific details and texted additional photos. The car met every specification he described—if not exceeding them. He offered me a very competitive price w/ a full CPO warranty; it was clear that he was familiar with this car and the market for these cars in general. When I arrived, Arno had everything ready. He and his team processed the paperwork while I familiarized myself with the car, making the entire process feel effortless on my part. The car has been a joy ever since! Arno is a consummate professional who genuinely respects his clients’ time. I appreciated his straightforward approach and market expertise. He was such a pleasure to work with we have named the Mercedes teddy bear after him (if you know, you know). I highly recommend working with Arno if you are looking for a top-tier car-buying experience!
