Customer service is excellent from all dealer representatives in touch with clients as soon as check-in at the entrance office. Terrific courtesy and communication from arrival until completion of the job scheduled to be done that day.

I guess they don’t know what “appointment” means?

I guess they don’t know what “appointment” means?! I had an appointment for routine service on Wednesday. Dropped my car off at 8am - three days later and my car STILL has not even been looked at. No information as to when it will be! Why even have appointments when they mean nothing! If something has to be fixed and parts ordered, I’m looking at a few more days. This is unacceptable. Of all the dealerships I’ve dealt with MB of Princeton is one of the worst!

I found Princeton Mercedes Benz to be a nice dealership. Nick Aberin was great. Nick was in communication with me throughout the entire service process. Nick was compassionate, respectful and very detail oriented, which I definitely can appreciate. Everyone that I have interacted with have been very patient and kind.
