I guess they don’t know what “appointment” means?
I guess they don’t know what “appointment” means?! I had an appointment for routine service on Wednesday. Dropped my car off at 8am - three days later and my car STILL has not even been looked at. No information as to when it will be! Why even have appointments when they mean nothing! If something has to be fixed and parts ordered, I’m looking at a few more days. This is unacceptable. Of all the dealerships I’ve dealt with MB of Princeton is one of the worst!
