Brian helped in getting the service done properly. He kept me informed and recommended the needed changes. He is a true professional and works with good integrity. Only 1 small request to dealer is to have car vacuum done before delivering the car. Not sure if it’s a valid request.

They were professional, intelligent, cooperative, and efficient in guiding me throughout the trade-in/purchase process. I would, without hesitation, buy another vehicle from them in the future. I have dealt with Princeton Mercedes for many years and

I have dealt with Princeton Mercedes for many years and have always been pleased with their customer service. Tom Knoblaugh Jr got me the GLE that I wanted and the buying process was easy as well as great communication throughout the process. Robert Lisi was extremely patient and helpful when showing me the features of the GLE. The service department is always helpful and Brian McCoy is excellent to deal with! .
