Victor very professional and considerate.
Victor very professional and considerate. When I made an appointment for service I requested a loaner car. The day of my appointment Victor saw that they had issued me a SUV and knew I preferred a sedan. He immediately changed the loaner to a sedan which I am more comfortable driving.

I had a difficult mechanical issue that required escalation within the MB engineering section. Brian McCoy was on it every step of the way. He was responsive, pro active, provided regular updates and saw the matter through to a successful resolution. And, he and the dealership followed up after service to ensure everything was working properly.

Came to Mercedes first time to buy a car. I'm only 22years old and I think the others Sales Representative don't think I was Serious About the purchase. The only and first sales representative that talk to me was Paul. He really takes me seriously and was very professional.
