I walked into to Princeton Mercedes for a minor technical

I walked into to Princeton Mercedes for a minor technical help. Robert Lisi came out twice to help and find a resolution within 15 minutes and I was on my way. I will give Robert and the dealership 10/10 as I didn’t even buy my car from them.

Robert did an outstanding job walking us through the many

Robert did an outstanding job walking us through the many features of my new Mercedes GLE450e. The car is a computer on wheels, and all its capabilities are a bit overwhelming at first. Robert got me started on the learning process with confidence, and encouraged me to come back with more questions. It was a great experience overall!

Everything was first rate about my buying experience!

Everything was first rate about my buying experience! Vasil answered my questions and we quickly came to an agreement for the car that I wanted. I live 45 minutes from the dealership but they sent a very personable driver to pick me up. The paperwork was completed more efficiently than it had been for my last 3 cars purchased at other dealerships. Richard very knowledgeably walked me through all the features of the car and answered my questions. Vasil contacted me after the purchase, answered some additional questions, and quickly corrected a problem I was having with the mercedes me app.

Excellent service - took the time to also handle a recent recall which I had not yet been informed of; provided loaner vehicle as they knew the recall and regular maintenance would take longer than was originally schduled.
