Fantastic experience this was my family‘s third bronco

Fantastic experience this was my family‘s third bronco purchase through AutoNation Ford in Sanford. I would go nowhere else. Champ the salesman, as well as the management staff were great to work with finance was smooth and quick highly recommend them.

I found a Jeep online that was at Ford Autonation.

I found a Jeep online that was at Ford Autonation. I came in, took a test drive. Looked at the vehicle. They gave me a car fax. I haggled a little with the salesman and settled on a reasonable monthly payment. Signed papers and drove off. I had to come back right away because there was a misfire. But they gave me a loaner car and replaced the spark plugs. A few days later, there was a problem with the AC compressor and they replaced it at no cost since I was still within my grace period. They all were very friendly and customer service oriented. I'll go back next time I'm looking for another vehicle.

Different service writer during my last appointment.

Different service writer during my last appointment. Very pushy about trying to get me to add on extra services. A typical 30 minute oil change became nearly 2 hours. Then didn't honor the online price until I mentioned it. Certainly not the normal service experience that I've come to expect. Still trying to figure out how a $59.99 oil change turned into $70 plus. Not very happy.
