Best Service Advisor Ever
Justen Swett has been my service advisor for 10+ years. He has consistently done an excellent job, more than excellent, caring for my cars. I won't have car maintenance done anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE
Sat, waited, wasted time. Once I got tired of the back-n-forth BS and was ready to leave, surprisingly they were able to come to an agreement. I had never been to a dealership that sold cars they didn’t have in stock, but the salesperson said it was common due to the nationwide shortage. It was promised that I would be able to pick up the vehicle in three(3) days………………well let’s just say more BS. Not one person contacted me throughout the entire 17days I waited. NOT ONE! I called and called and called. I called the salesman(J), the finance guy(D),the internet sales manager(M), and some other guy(T). I did ALL the communicating, I called 3, 4, maybe 5 x’s. Finally I decided enough was enough and I told them I was no longer interested and they could refund my deposit. I was given some xxxx and bull story that the car was in/or coming from Korea, I guess they forgot just 3 maybe 4 days prior they said it was in Long Beach, CA. but they had no driver to pick up the load???? Fast forward to day seventeen(17), the car arrived. When I went to see the vehicle and test drive it, there was a sticker price increase……………….….. hmmm🤔 I wondered who that price was for? I knew they didn’t think I was going to pay more than originally agreed on so it must have been for the next unsuspecting customer that inquired about it. Either way It all just appeared to be dishonest and seemed too deceptive for me, I don’t want any dealings with anyone or any establishment that does business like this. I kindly excused myself, left Peoria Kia and I am waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I will NEVER visit this place again and will pass along my experience to others.

While disappointed that you're dissatisfied, we were very transparent and accommodating throughout the entire process. We did let you know that your vehicle's delivery would be delayed due to the nationwide inventory shortage. Because of this inconvenience, we did lower your monthly payment and waited for you to come pick the vehicle up. It wasn't until we had held the vehicle here for 5 days after it arrived that you mentioned that you no longer wanted the vehicle. At this point, we went ahead and provided you with a refund. Difficult Situation Becomes Pleasant Experience

Mark Dahl is the best salesperson!
Mark Dahl as always is very professional and provides a no stress buying experience. We brought in our car for service and the next day were tuned to pick it up and traded our e siting vehicle instead. We loved all the features the new sorrento hybrid offers. Dominic was also great to work with signing the new car paperwork…thank you both!

ZERO STARS
ZERO STARS for the team at Peoria Kia. I purchased a vehicle here, signed the paperwork, agreements, add-ons & everything (WASTED HOURS of my work day) and was suppose to come back within 2 days with my trade in - to pick up the vehicle I had purchased. When I received the call that the vehicle was ready (it needed a fog light), my sales associate told me that the vehicle was ready AND my interest rate had doubled! (WOW!) I told her that I would need them to get closer to the original quote and if they couldn't I would provide my own financing. 2 days later I received a text saying the car was no longer for sale, they had my deposit, they ran my credit and they said the car "didn't pass inspection"- surprising as it was ready for pick up Friday. It's obvious the dealership lied and sold the car after I had singed for the vehicle and was waiting to pick up the car! I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever.

Great experience
Great salesman, easiest paperwork ever , really really nice people and experience- I just hate the premium for buying the electric car - I know they are hard to find on lot but I shouldn’t have to pay extra for the car just because.
