First let me say that is COMPLETELY false that you were in contact with me every step of the way. All contact was initiated by me calling either the dealership direct or the sales person I was working with. Like I explained to Mike, my displeasure was not with the situation or with his skills as a sales person but with your finance manager who decided he wanted to SPEAK to me like I was an 18 year old kid buying a car for the 1st time! I'm in my mid fifties and have bought half a dozen new cars in my life and was selling cars when I was 20 years old and putting food on the table and paying my bills! I ask only for this respect I deserve....I KNOW IV EARNED IT! Other than that Like I told Mike when I picked up the truck, my only constructive criticism to him was his communication to me could have been better like. I said I was the one reaching out every single time to get updates.
