My family has been coming to Toyota for nearly two

My family has been coming to Toyota for nearly two decades—we’ve all owned Toyota vehicles and have always taken them to your Jacksonville and Wilmington locations for service. Until recently, the experience has always been great. Unfortunately, the last three visits have really fallen short. Each time, the service advisor didn’t walk me through what was actually done on my car—just handed me something to sign without reviewing what was completed. On top of that, I’ve been asked to go find and retrieve my car myself from the palm tree lot, instead of it being pulled up like it used to be. Most recently, this happened while I’m nearly six months pregnant—and it was pouring down rain. Meanwhile, only two cars were in the garage, so there was clearly room for more. This isn’t aimed at any one staff member, but more as general feedback on how the overall experience seems to have changed.

It took a little longer than usual bc I had a recall to fix. The shuttle service was great, they dropped me off and I had lunch and did some shopping ?

Very pleased with the service department staff!

Very pleased with the service department staff! Handed the completed checklist which is nice to show what was done during the appointment. It appeared the truck was washed which was a pleasant surprise.

The building was clean even though it was a very rainy

The building was clean even though it was a very rainy day outside. Great atmosphere and clean. Associates were very helpful and completely answered all of my questions.
