Sales Manager was too aggressive, almost left and not
Sales Manager was too aggressive, almost left and not close the deal, but I liked Andre because he called me immediately once the car I wanted came in on the truck. The sales manager needs to work on his delivery, demeanor, persuasive skills without being a haggler. Furthermore, the financing guy did not communicate with me on which financing company I desired, he said he chose the lowest interest; but he did not slow me or communicate with me. I’ve owned 3 Hondas and never once have I stayed in a dealership more than an hour, I was there 4 hours and shared my disappointment

I always take my car for service at AutoNation where I bought it. The only thing I missed was periodic status update (1 at least) from technician Brayan Sredzin, albeit he is a very respectful gentleman, I had to ask him for it.

I would recommend this AutoNation to buy and service vehicle in the future. They communicated what my vehicle needed now and for the potential future. Thanks for such an great experience!!!! Virgie, Dino, and Michael took the time to answer all my questions and were all a pleasure to work with. They took the time to try to locate the vehicle in the color of my first choice. Apparently I’m not the only one that likes red! Although they weren’t able to locate the vehicle in red, I left in the car I was looking for…in another color. No pressure sale…and nice people to work with.
