Time to trade optimized

Had 11 year old Jeep that needed major service. Before completion, patiently allowed me to consider other options, salesman very knowledgeable and accommodating, ultimately chose a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L SUV. Found exactly what I wanted in short order and drove off immediately. Salesman even helped me unload old car plus rental car into new car! Very easy experience!

Closer to home isn't always the best!

Although I didn't buy my Jeep from Tom O'BRIAN, I wished I would have. My experience with the dealership approx 2 miles from my house was horrible. I go out If my way to go to Tom O'BRIAN. Service was fast and easy. Preston is very friendly and does his job well. He explained when I had questions. He talks to you not at you. I will continue to go out of my way! 5 star experience!

Awesome Service!

In and out in a jiffy,Preston was a breath of fresh air.Waiting area was very cozy and comfortable.Karen the cashier was very helpful during checkout.

Quick oil change and tire rotation

First oil change and tire rotation on my jeep wrangler I bought there in Nov 2022. No appointment needed, great quick easy service, would recommend.

2nd visit was far superior than 1st

A far better experience this time around than the first time I took my car in for an oil change. Was greeted promptly, informed I had Jeep wave and needed oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t stay and wait for my car, they called and kept me up to date on status of car.
