2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 consumer reviews

So far I am liking my 2017 LTZ Silverado Crew cab 4x4. I think it has great styling and I really like the Android Auto feature and the WiFi for the family. The engine is not as strong as other truck brands like the RAMs HEMI but is very smooth and capable. I traded in a top of the line 2014 RAM LIMITED and there are several things I miss about the RAM. So far the things I miss push button start, the turn nob for the transmission and the sensor on the door handle that unlocks the doors. Auto windshield wipers and the self leveling suspension are also something I miss as well. Oh and I miss the amazing leather seats that the Limited gets. My kids miss the rear AC and the rear heated seats. I miss the Alpine stereo with the sub-woofer. Even the High country does not have these as standard features. Wow now that I am thinking about it I can't believe I traded in my truck. However, I do have a cheaper payment and a good reliable truck with fewer miles on it. I'll trade back for a RAM if Chevy has not made improvements when I'm ready to trade. I am not brand loyal and would buy a Ford as well. I think the best truck out there is the one you are driving. They are all quite similar and perform pretty close to the same but some have a far greater amount of standard features than others do, for the price.

I've been in the truck market for a while now just because I want to be sure of what I want. I've test driven trucks from the big three (Chevy,Ford,Dodge) and the Chevy surpassed all my expectations. Compared to the other two the Chevy had better comfort, better power response, and was pretty much an all around better truck. I'll defiantly be purchasing one soon.

This truck is very comfortable & has a great ride for a pick up. The dash & radio are amazing & i love how the tailgate goes down by itself. I love the color selection on these trucks also.

I love my truck, I don't normally use it as a truck, I use it as mt daily driver. It's ride is comparable to a full size luxury car. It handles well and is very quiet in any road condition

Like: 6.2, looks, gas milage I don' like: 8 speed trans, only 26 gallon gas tank, manual mode shifting, key fob I hate to have to use a key to start or open/close door, needs heavy pressure on brakes, seat belt won't stay on shoulder, after 7400 miles I traded it in on a 2017 Ram Longhorn and I'am a Chevy guy!

The technology in this truck is incredible!! I might need a 5th grader to explain the high tech stuff!!

Wonderful truck, great driving, extremely comfortable and great styling/lines. This truck is a true pleasure to drive.

Lacks storage space inside. Not as quite as past models. Need to make adding options easier. Still great truck.
