It has great safety features, excellent trunk space and excellent leg room. It's very good on gas and has plenty of power. It handles very good and in very wet conditions. I wish it had arm rests and more glass holders to fit the Yeti cups and more USB and/or charging ports and more cubby holes for storage.

This is the most comfortable car we have ever owned; for the passengers as well as the driver. It handles beautifully, great on gas and has all the features that we would need and wanted at a reasonable price. Not really important but kind of cool that it displays current and average MPG. When our Camry got wrecked, my wife wanted something similar in size. After much research on many other mid-size sedans, I reluctantly researched the Sonata. With great safety and quality ratings and excellent reviews, I test drove a few and ended up buying a new 2017 Sonata Sport with the Value package upgrade. (sunroof, push button start, heated leather bolstered seats, etc.) My wife is shorter than 5 feet tall and she says it is more comfortable and has better driver and passenger views than our Camry. We get better mileage, similar if not a bit more power, many more standard features, with a smooth and quiet ride. Our only complaint after a few thousand miles so far is that the front passenger seat has a quiet clicking noise from underneath when someone is sitting there and moving. It's very subtle and can only be heard when all is quiet in the car. I'll have it checked out at my next service. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier with the Sonata Sport.

With the exception of the transmission, which is admittedly a significant exception, this has been an outstanding car. It's comfortable, handles very well, is attractive and very well priced. The one are of substandard performance to date has been the transmission and smoothness of the gears shifting. I can feel the gears shifting as I accelerate or decelerate, and at various cruising speeds there is a very annoying vibration as it appears unable to decide on which gear it should be in. According to the blue link analysis the transmission is fine so it just appears to not be as smooth or refined as the transmissions in my other cars.

I wanted a memory seat. This car has it and all the extras. It was significantly less expensive than all the others I considered. Good ride and looks great

I was looking for a midsize sedan and found the most features and best value for the money with the Sonata. Seating is very roomy and I love the spacious trunk options. I highly recommend a test drive if you need some convincing on what to purchase.

Sonata is a great value for the money. I 'm really surprised at the get up and for a 4 cylinder. Good looking and styling.
