Very Impressed

I was a little concerned about this vehicles power. My wife and I test drove, and after feeling the power of this 2.4L (GDI) 4-Cyl, we were sold. Super smooth, quiet, powerful. There is plenty of room on the inside. My wife is the primary driver, and loves how it makes her feel safe while driving, and also the way it sets up a little higher. You cant beat this warranty, for the price. Give it a look; I believe you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Awesome performance and ride.

Just drove from Michigan to Key Largo and back. Great trip in this car. Handle hills and roads with ease and was great a gas. We averaged anywhere from 26 to 32 miles a gallon on the highway. About 27 overall counting city and quick starts and stops. Very glad we made the decision for this car over others. We liked the crash rating, towing ability if necessary and horsepower. The torque was fine. We drove normal and did not use the sport or eco options.

Great Vehicle

I test drove many other compact SUV's. The Kia Sportage had the panoramic sunroof, button down ride and the sporty handling I was looking for. For the money, paid 29k for the EX, you can't beat the value. Gripe #1 is that there is not a 12 volt connection in the rear hatch, but that can be added. Gripe #2 the sound system is not very rich sounding and even though there is a subwoofer you can not independently control it. Gripe #3 the rear seats are folded down via levers on either side of the seats.

New Kia Sportage owner

This vehicle suited all of my needs such as good in snow, a mid-sized SUV and good pick up for merging in traffic. Very comfortable seats and adjustable steering wheel was a good fi.

Do not buy

Major engine and turbo problem clicking sound from wheels when shifting gears, delayed acceleration, horrible customer service through Kia Canada

This car seems to satisfy all my needs

I test drove several different cars before making a final decision for this purchase. It was important that I make an educated pick. This car was a great value and checked all the boxes. After owning it for several weeks now I feel certain I chose correctly.
