A great compact SUV

Every feature that I encountered and used on this car amazed me as to the intuitive approach used to make its use as easy as possible (see the exception below). My 2017 KIA Sportage EX with Premium and Tech Packages has more features than I can outline but many surprised and delighted me, such as the auto folding side mirrors (with a manual selection for tight parking areas), the welcome light when returning to my car, the audible warning that ocurs if you leave the car without turning the engine off, the interior look that must have been, at least possibly patterned after AUDI, the use of interior and trunk LED lights (very bright), the extremely smooth 6 speed transmission (not like some dual clutch models that seem to hesitate at the wrong times), the automated rear hatch when you stand in front of it for 3 seconds, the fact that if it is raining and you back up and turn on your front wipers, the rear wipers turn on automatically, the great turning radius (expected I guess in a compact SUV), the instant response when accelerating (not the fastest by far, but immediately responsive), the panoramic roof which does not require you to buy the most expensive model to get, the Harman/Kardon radio (Bose radios I have listened to are not, IMHO, what they are cracked up to be). What needs improvement? The MPG needs to be improved and the navigation unit is not very intuitive to use.

Most reliable and comfortable car i've ever owned

The car has met and exceeded my comfort and expectations. I do wish that the car came with navigation system and interior button for rear door.

Well Made Car

A very good ride, responds well, loaded with accessories. Quiet, except for very minor tire noise. Love the style of the exterior, and interior. Enjoy the full sunroof. So far I feel I bought the best car for the money. Only down side is the dealership is a two hour drive, still very glad I got it.

KIA Sportage

I love it for sure. It's a great bang for your buck and looks it would be a high end SUV. Would definitely recommend.

Very good car

Bought this suv for pulling a boat and travel. It pulls my boat easy (16' Mako ). Very good gasmilage on trips average 36 on the highway in the mountains. The suv is very comfortable and has little road noise.

Fabulous Choice of Vehicles

I was going to look at the Mazda CV3, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Hyundai Tuscon but changed my mind the minute I test drove the Sportage. It was love at first sight.

Great choice in vehicles, I'm glad I bought it.

The is vehicle is superb. I needed something bigger than my small size sedan but not something like a full size SUV. The Kia Sportage is perfect. It's roomy in the front and back, has plenty of storage in the cargo area and is designed very beautifully. It's a Turbo model and still gets better gas mileage than my sedan and has all the bells ans whistles that my previous car had plus more. The panoramic sunroof is fantastic. It goes the full length of the inside seating area so everyone can enjoy the view. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm glad I chose this vehicle over the other comparable makes/models that we looked at
