2017 Kia Sportage consumer reviews

This is AWD, needed in northern Arizona winters. Basic 4-cylinder model with Convenience Package includes power driver seat, heated front seats, and donut spare tire. Vehicle has key start and none of the unwanted electronic features now packed into newer models. This Sportage is easy to drive and has decent utility for the size; didn't want superfluous stuff and what's in the package is just right.

I enjoyed the size of the car and it towed an open trailer with a motorcycle at 80-85 straight as an arrow from the PA/Ohio border to St Louis, Missouri without a hiccup. It was a base model but had everything I could have wanted

After driving a few cars, I found the Sportage to be comfortable - great interior and nice ease of driving. Would purchase again when the time comes

Everything in this car is so well made. It still looks new. I use it to run around all over the place and I have always felt safe in it. It has great get up and go, if I need to move quickly out of the way. The safety features let me know when a vehicle is in my blind spot. or if I am veering out of my lane. I can fit TONS of stuff in it when I need to travel, there is plenty of head and leg room. there is room in the back for drinks and there is even a/c back there. It is a great car. I could go on about the features but you just need to get in and drive it to believe it. I never thought I would look at a KIA but it was better than any of the other cars in its class. won by a landslide and I still love it.

I love my Kia Sportage! The outside look is like most small SUVs, but once you get a glimpse of the inside, it?s a whole new level of beautiful. I?ve had my car for 2 years now and not once have I had any issues. Prior to this car, I had a Kia Forte for almost 6 years and not once did I have an issue with that car either. LOVE KIA.

Went shopping for the SORENTO, but found the Sportage was a better bang for the buck. A little smaller, but so cute. I absolutely love it and it's a great reliable car.

Needed a larger, safer car and this one was styled nicely so it caught my eye. It's larger, safer, more comfortable and easy to drive.

Lots of amenities. Nice styling and comfort. Plenty of legroom, and I?m fairly tall. Smooth ride.Lots of storage space in the back. Love the USB ports.

I liked the styling and color combinations but wish I had test driven it for a day or so. Way to much wind noise from the front doors. It must be a cheap windshield as we hear wind roaring right through the glass. Weight saving?? The tires are a joke and shouldn't be on any vehicle, never mind a semi-high performance car like the Sportage Turbo. Hankook Kinergy GT, 245-45R19 98H Even parked in the garage, we have flatspotting for the first km or more. The thump - thump - thump feels like the Prairies at -25C where the tires are square for the first few blocks. Had I known this, I would have insisted on decent Michelins. Here on Vancouver Island they are beyond horrible in anything more than a damp pavement. I will be watching for tire sales and hopefully get a bit of value on trading in on better rubber. Stay away from Hankook unless they are almost free.

We absolutely love our Sportage, it drives great, lots of room and all wheel drive. It's great on gas and it has a usb, we can play music and charge our phone. The back seats also can go back.
