2017 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

I owned a 2015 Forester for 3 years. Upgraded to 2017 Forester with full warning options. We love it. Cannot think of a vehicle that meets our needs better. Comfortable, easy to drive, fuel efficient, easy to get in and out as a Senior Citizen.

GREAT RIDE, LOTS OF IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES AND CONVENIENCE PACKAGE, NOT TO MENTION EXCEPTIONAL FUEL EFFICIENCY --TOO MANY EXTRAS TO GO THRU BUT MUST HAVES WERE DUAL AIR/HEAT, PUSH BUTTON START,DRIVER AND PASSENGER POWER SEATS WITH MEMORY, AUTO OPEN/CLOSE TAILGATE, SHOULDER AND LEG ROOM.

Great handling very little sway love the CVT transmission and the amount of power that it has love the way the seats go flat and the panoramic sunroof

I love this car! I drove a 4 runner for years and wanted something comparable. The Forester drives as well as a 4 runner Love the car, also gets great mileage.

This car is great! We did a lot of research before purchasing a small SUV and we love our Forester. It is mostly used around town, but we have taken it across country and it has been comfortable and reliable car. It's an easy car to drive and handles great with the all wheel drive.

In 2015 I had a stroke that left me with no left peripheral vision in ether eye. I chose Subaru because of it's advanced eyesight features. We also live on a hillside overlooking the Snake river. The last half mile to our home is steep and has cliffs. I have confidence in the eye sight to give me every advantage I need to remain safe while driving and not pose a danger to other drivers or pedestrians. The Forester has the best visibility of any car I looked at. The backup camera is excellent and very clear. The lane guard feature is very helpful. This car is roomy and has great head room. It is very comfortable. The cargo area is large. I didn't get the power hatch feature but should have. This car handles great on the highway and is smooth and quiet. The forester is going to keep my wife and I in our home for a long time. the asymmetrical all wheel drive is like a deer going up our driveway. I have driven a Subaru in ice and snow before and it was grate and I can't Waite entail this winter and let the snow fly.

The car is a very comfortable ride, met all my needs and my dog is comfortable in it too! I don't like to be in a car, but when I am, I want to be comfortable and this car fits all my needs. I feel safe and I enjoy the ride!

I have never owned a car with as much mileage (125,000+) as the one I just traded in. It still drives very smoothly for a nine year old car. That's why I bought a new Forester.

This car meets all of my needs, it has all of the safety features Subaru has to offer, it is reliable, comfortable, and safe at a very reasonable price.

Bought this specifically to get us through Utah winters and to drive dirt roads in the national parks. We love this car, its never going to win a style award but it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is surprisingly comfortable and roomy.
