Very good truck for the price.

I wanted an inexpensive truck as I will be using it only for occasional light loads. Got good value for the basic price.

Currently most reliable truck on the market

The car has great exterior design but the seats are little disappointing. Manual adjustments and no height adjustment.

Ready to Tri!

Needed durable truck to haul triathlon "stuff" that could handle lots of sand and mud. Love the bedliner, added running boards and trailer hitch and I'm off. VERY comfortable seats and driving. Great value, decent gas mileage. Bring on tri season!

Go elsewhere

* Excessive wind noice at highway speeds. *. Lack of power, poor mpg and constant down - shifting on the hills. * it looks great from the outside and that is the only good thing it has going for it. Ridgelibe or GM Twins are better buy and I should have bought the ridgeline.

Only has 1200 miles so far

My first Tacoma, and still new. First impressions are that it is a rock solid truck with excellent braking power. Had a deer jump in front of me the third day I owned it and the truck stopped on a dime. Going over rough roads the solid quality is obvious. Love the composite bed and tough exterior styling. Steering is solid. Bluetooth operation is simple and practical. Seats are comfortable, and there is good storage throughout the truck.

great car that runs like a dream

This care has all the "bells and whistles" and I'm still finding things that I didn't know where included in the price. I only wish the book was a little easier to follow. It skips around and you have to go from one to the other. Everything should be explained in one book, in one spot.

Great truck

Could be bigger. The back seat needs like three inches or so. It get some getting use to the way the front seats seat, almost on the floor board, making legs go straight instead of beans like in most cars. Fit and finish are great and drives great for a truck. This trucks have great resale value!

Better than my last Toyot truck

I love the size of this vehicle compared to the Tundra, which I owned for 8 years. My only criticism is NO USB POWER PORTS. They got almost everything else right, but in 2017 no USB power? The NAV/Audio system is really great . The locking tailgate is terrific, but again, what happened to the USB port in the bed? And what's up with key-locking tailgate instead of a power one?
