Great deal, great car

I've wanted a Tacoma for the last several years and finally took advantage of a great deal. So far, so good. Love the way it handles. It only has 46K miles so I think I'll be driving it for a long time.

Awesome looking truck

Truck is great! I receive lots of compliments on the appearance. Interior is cool as well. Bed has plenty of room for moving things as well.

Seat position is odd. Gas mileage is good. 24 mpg

27000 miles. Good enough in snow with factory tires. 24 mph highway! Almost as good as my wife’s RAV4! Towed a 3000 lb trailer, Cleveland to Columbus. Shifts down early and stays there on slightest grade. Had a blowout on trailer, no drama, just pulled over! My online research led me to this truck. Has most everything a TRD has for cheaper. Rides more like a truck than my ‘13 Silverado, but will tow as much! Radio with large screen (no navigation) is overkill. Can turn screen off. Pulled a Trailblazer out of mud and cars out of deep snow.

Tacoma Limited 2WD

This has been an great truck and a huge improvent over my previous 2010 Nissan Frontier. The Limited is very well appointed with leather, excellent JBL stereo, and sunroof. 31,000 miles and no problems whatsoever... And I'm averaging nearly 22 mpg a tank on mostly highway driving. Routinely average 23 mpg on trips, even loaded with two 100 lb kayaks in the trunk. Just two nitpicky gripes- the seats need more thigh support (I'm 5'-10") and the automatic transmission searches for gears on downshifts with brief pauses & mild hesitation. Neither take away from enjoying the truck. The ride is excellent, with a stiff suspension that feels like a truck, not softly sprung like the Ridgeline or Colorado/Canyon (I test-drove before my purchase). Highly recommended if you want/need a small truck.

My dream truck.

This truck has been awesome. Only complaints are price and comfort. The interior comfort needs a little more attention for what it costs. Overall I will miss this truck. It has been a great 44,000 miles. I’m sure I will regret selling, but I need to put my money elsewhere.

needs more power or a different transmission

I like everything about my 2017 4X4 V6 Tacoma except for a couple of things. Number 1 it lacks in power with a Transmission that constantly searches for gears on slight grades. Number 2 The Drivers Seat needs The Lever to raise the seat up in the air. As far as gas mileage I have seen it get 28 MPG on Interstate and 22 running around town

The truck I wanted

It is everything I wanted in a truck. Not over size and not too small. All the tech I need and want plus four wheel drive

Meets Expectations

I recently purchased this truck (Tacoma Sport 4x4) to replace my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado Z71, this is a great small truck, looks assume, solid and well built with good features. This truck performs well in dirt and on pavement and would highly recommend this vehicle.

First and last truck I will ever own.

Excellent gas mileage for a truck. I can get similar Average MPG to my wife's RAV4 if I drive it like a grandma, which I usually do. When I'm not driving like granny joan this thing is a BEAST . With the ECT power switched on I can hit 60 in seconds of time, very convenient when merging. Have no experience towing but I imagine it does well considering I have hauled quite a bit of dirt in the bed and had no change of performance regardless of load size. If you are looking for a mid size truck this is the only option in my opinion.

Fun Truck to drive, mostly highway miles.

This Toyota lives up to the Toyato reputataion of quality vechicles. It has never been in an accident or used for towing. All maintenace was completed on time as required. By son attended school in San Marcos but drove home very frequenty on weekends to Moorpark.
