This car has been great! Love it! Been driving to work and back for 8 years, and it's been so reliable and comfortable!The sound system is awesome, and it's so sporty!

Talk about before its time? this car has everything and more compared to other sports sedans in the type s edition vs. even todays vehicles. 12 years after the fact most cars still dont have the ability to go zero to 60 as fast as this front wheel driver? this car comes with either 6speed manual or automatic with paddle shifters on the steering wheel or auto stick. voice command for most features of the car including climate control, turning on or off accessories, or phone navi etc. add the performance and handling and braking and styling and you have something. get it. You wont regret it.

Where to begin... The TL Type-S is one of the best built vehicles of all time. It's 3.5 L V6 engine pushes 286 HP and with minor improvements to air and fuel management, it easily reaches 300 HP. The exterior design is timeless - it seriously could pass for a car 12 years newer - and the interior has great attention to detail with the carbon fiber trim and leather. I have the 6 speed manual transmission, and have enjoyed every moment of driving it for the last 7 years. Further, I have NEVER had a mechanical issue with it - only a "tighten fuel cap" warning that I guess is common. I've used only Mobile1 full synthetic oil and premium gas, and am convinced that the car will run for another 20 years. Great, great vehicle. Well done Acura.

...I do. I bought it as a cash car until I sorted out what I really wanted, as in new car. I was surprised by the performance, comfort, features and reliability, although I shouldn't have been. It's an Acura, which is a Honda, and their cars are first class. This one is super loaded and everything works perfectly, even 11 years later. Drives great. I'm impressed.

Drove this car for over six years and it was exactly what I thought it would be. Honda reliability with a powerful VTEC V6 that had serious acceleration for a sedan, great handling and comes with all the options for the TL plus extra amenities that make it considerably sportier...like different (red) instrument and ambient lighting, sport pedals, paddle shifters, nicer wheels, quad exhaust, spoiler and different front and rear bumper treatments, plus the Brembo brakes and revised sport struts. It got decent mileage considering the V6 and the most items I had to repair were normal wear for the mileage. Alignment needs to be spot on or get ready for severe torque steer. The only big issue I had was a front oil seal and the drain plug stripping out which was from the plug being tightened too hard which resulted in having the pan replaced which was an expensive job, so make sure the drain plug is not over-tightened! Surround sound with subwoofer was also great. I'd recommend a Progress brand rear sway bar change from stock as that dramatically improved my car's handling and almost completely got rid of body roll in the canyons.

This car has been my favorite car to own & drive. It’s comfortable & handles well in rain & snow! My only complaint is that the Bluetooth wire out after 5 years & caused a battery drain issue til we disconnected it. Not worth the $600 to fix imho so I do without.

I love love this car! I get so many compliments on it. The ride is smooth and I feel safe in it. The back seat is more spacious then I thought.

One of the best styling for exterior and interior. Questionable reliability. Nice sporty car to drive. Love it. Wish it was little bit better made.
