Plain beautiful

by Gary2544 from Westlake Village on Sat Mar 02 2019

I purchased the car in Oct'18, its everything and more than I expected. The lines of the car are beautiful , the drive is awesome and the interior is lush. The BIG PLUS, you will not see yourself coming or going!

Best car I have ever owned.

by RD Ridin from Marlton, NJ on Sat Aug 24 2019

Aston did an amazing job with the design of this car. The stance is wide the rear looks very exotic. The interior has an amazing fit & finish to it. The leather smells amazing as well. Buttery soft to the touch. The tech in this car is very modern. It also drives very smooth with great performance with a crackling exhaust note. The trunk has a ton space in it. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about this car.

New generation Vantage is a winner

by velocityV from Hollywood on Wed Aug 21 2019

I had a 2012 Vantage S multiple other brands through out the years including R8, Porsche and others. The new Vantage is my favorite this car is fantastic at many levels. The new styling plus the new v8 twin turbo makes this car incredibly special. Aston is doing things right! the complete package makes for an eventful ride every time.

Great to drive. Weak stereo & tech

by KoryKong from Santa Barbara, California on Sun Apr 19 2020

This car is great fun to drive. I have the manual transmission version. The car is smooth, handles great and is very comfortable. For a car in this price range the stereo is appalling and the lack of modern tech is hard to understand as the competition crushes in this regard. I'm not sure if these issues are deal breakers as I've only had the car for 6 months.

Gorgeous exotic and a blast to drive

by AMdriver from San Francisco, California on Tue Mar 17 2020

It's just beautifully designed on the exterior and interior, with excellent attention to detail. Drives appropriately for its price (R8-level, a bit slower, but better handling/steering IMO).

ASTONISHING!

by Dr. Bruce from Potomac, MD on Mon Feb 18 2019

Having owned a Ferrari, a number of Porsches, and a Lotus Esprit Turbo, this is far and away to most astonishing car I have ever owned. It does everything brilliantly and is visually stunning. A total blast to drive!

Stunningly attractive- very fast

by Kennie from Toronto Canada on Tue Dec 01 2020

2019 Vantage- I bought this car second hand, only had 5000 miles on it. Pastel Grey/black exterior with the quad exhaust (a must have)- black leather with Alcantara and yellow stitching inside throughout to match the yellow brake callipers. I have had several cars but this one is special. Attractive is an understatement here. No matter where you are, or where you go, cameras are out and people coming up wanting to talk about the car and saying, wow what is this lol. From young to old it gets attention like non other. If you want privacy DO NOT buy the Vantage. Driving is very precise and handles like a dream and is very well balanced. It pulls very hard from any speed, hooks up really good and this 4 litre twin turbo motor loves to rev. The exhaust note on track mode is second to none. Under load it sounds amazing and the downshifting provides very loud snap crackle pops that will put a smile on anyone’s face who likes performance. Shifts are very quick and the Center pod guage is terrific. Interior is a piece of art and done to perfection. The radio, well who plays a radio when you have quad piped stereo lol. These cars take approx 200 hours each to build, are still hand built and the quality shows throughout. Pull this Vantage up to a car show with Ferrari’s, Lambos and Porches ( all of which are awesome cars - I have owned all 3)and this will be the one people stare at due to its uniqueness. It’s just that good IMO. I usually do not keep exotics for long, but this one I do believe will stay with me for a while. So go get yourself one, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers

Our Take on the 2019 Aston Martin Vantage

The verdict:

Striking looks, blistering performance and undeniable exclusivity balance out a mixed-bag interior.

Versus the competition:

The Mercedes-AMG GT has the same engine and a lot of the same interior tech, wrapped around a higher-quality interior. The Porsche 911 provides equal thrills with a better driving position and ergonomics.

Once you really look into it, you realize there are a surprising number of alternatives to the stalwart Porsche 911. The Mercedes-AMG GT is one, as are the Maserati Gran Turismo, Nissan GT-R and Audi R8. Here’s another: the new 2019 Aston Martin Vantage.

New from the ground up, the Vantage sits on a new platform that shares little with previous Aston Martins — but it does have some bits and pieces you might have seen before. While the chassis parts are Aston, the powertrain and much of the electronics in this two-seat luxury sports coupe are sourced from Mercedes-Benz, meaning there’s a lot of the excellent AMG GT coupe nestled under that svelte British sheet metal. Is that a good thing? I... Read More
