by X6 Lover from Beverly Hills,ca on Sat Apr 24 2010

This is my sixth BMW and I tell you the car is just amazing!!!!! I also have a Porsche and tell you the truth driving an X6 5.0 as is exciting as driving a sports car. Handling and acceleration incredible! Sport seats are very, very comfortable. So, if you are considering to get an X6, get it!!! You want regret it.

It's a beast!

by Fog from Ca on Tue Feb 07 2017

Nice smooth driving. Handles great. If it didn't have the back up camera, visibility would be poor when backing up, but the camera makes it so easy. It takes some getting used to.

X6 50i V8

by X6 Sport from Brooklyn, NY on Sat Sep 22 2018

This car is for the driving enthusiasts. It's not a typical SUV. It's sporty, and moves better and much faster than some sport cars like Camaro, Mustang, etc. I am only speaking for the V8 engine. There is enough headroom and legroom in the front for me at exactly 6ft tall, with enough room in the back for someone my height as well. It met my needs for a family of 4. If you have not owned a BMW before, and want an X6, keep in mind that you have to use Premium Gas at all times. No lower grade because you don't have enough money. You will run the risk or spending much more for repairs if you use the cheap stuff. For the driving enthusiasts...man, you WILL love the handing and the power/speed of this car. Wheww, such a beast! I prefer the older body that ended at 2014, the newer body looks too narrow and just looks like a big X4. The X6M from 2015 to present has better Aesthetics. Good luck on your purchase when you go for this powerhouse. I looked out my window every day for 2 years admiring how nice she was.

Our Take on the 2010 BMW X6

Crow tastes better with the right seasoning.

After writing a less-than-favorable review of the 2010 BMW 5 Series GT, I had visions of putting Mangus Hirschfield behind the wheel of the 2010 X6 M.

BMW refers to the X6 as a sports activity coupe but that has always felt disingenuous. The vehicle has more doors (five) than seats (four), and its gangly body makes it look like a lunar rover. The X6 seems to have an identity crisis.

Hirshcfield, a German sexologist in the early 1900s, might be able to help; after all, he did coin the term transvestism. I figured he could help wade through the perils of judging something by its cover.

But after a day of driving the X6 M, I realized you just can't spell Adam's... Read More
