2026 BMW X7 consumer reviews

The car was ordered and delivered relatively clean. I ordered the crystal headlamps with the understanding that these headlamps would provide a better long range vision and would be noticeably brighter. This is far from the truth. There is a persistent shadow that occupies your line of vision and is very distracting. After contacting the BMW dealership and BMW North America, they would not provide any support recommend any repairs. The second issue is a piece of rear window trim that literally fell off the car. As of this writing, the dealership has still not provided the trim piece to me for a repair and it appears that this dealership just enjoys selling cars and not fixing them. With a car of this class, there should be no issues based on the longevity of how long this model has been manufactured. BMW has not stepped up to the plate to be a world class manufacturer. I would not purchase this vehicle again.
