This car has leg and head room in front. Back not quite enough leg room. Easy to park. Handles well on ice and snow.

I bought the AWD preferred II version and could not be happier. Be prepared, there are a couple of drawbacks to know up front: (1) Only one arm rest for the driver and this is more frustrating than you think and (2) the cabin is more narrow than other SUV's like the RAV4, which can be some elbow rubbing until you get used to it. That all said this car is really amazing. It handles high speed driving on the interstate without any flaw of any kind, and that is saying something considering how many times I had cars that didn't handle well in this situation. MPG averages about 25 or so between city and suburbs. For an AWD SUV, this is good compared to others I have or had that get 17-20 on average. Performance in the snow is on par with a Subaru Crosstrek that I owned. In fact, it seems to have a knack for back weather driving. It has lots of things you would not expect in a car like this - such as blind spot detectors, automatic ac/heat, sound proofing with acoustic noise cancelling mics, satellite radio, Onstar (a real advantage), and very cool daytime running lights that also change and become turn signals. The standard "pan" headlights, coupled with the fog lights, provide plenty of confidence in night driving - much more so than the "terminator" headlights I've seen and owned. Comfort is good, and you can get 4 adults in this somewhat comfortably. For a smaller SUV this is really good. Cargo area is small, but removing the cargo cover opens up the area quite a bit. For the sticker price of $31K, I'd say it is very over priced. For the $26K I got this for on a 20% off sale, I'd say it is well worth it. It is made in South Korea, but has had zero quality issues.

Quality built, great on gas, comfortable and practical at the same time. Car has nice bells and whistles, such as automatic 4 cylinder engine turbo for great pick up and great on gas, back-up camera with large screen, power steering, power and anti lock brakes, cruise control, air conditioning, am fm radio with computer jacks.

This is a great little AWD SUV. We test drove the Toyota Rav, Subaru Forester, Honda CRV, Ford Escape (all AWD), and we felt the Buick Encore was the most comfortable and solid car of the bunch. My wife and I are short folks (5 ft and 5ft 7") and the front visual and seating really met our needs. The Encore AWD system handles great on ice and snow. We purchased new in December 2017 and are very pleased. with the purchase. It also had a 4 year, 50,000 mile warranty which was a plus over the SUVs we test drove. A great SUV for our hard earned dollars. We also felt the power was adequate (1.4L turbo), but could use a little more power (only minor negative).

My own car Encore Is a perfect car for a single mother very economical on gas and drives very smooth. It is also perfect for getting in and out of small spaces

The Encore is comfortable and quiet. Easy to handle. Excellent sound system. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I own a 17 encore. I'm on the road alot. Very comfortable. The 6 way memory driver seat, is a blessing. I own the Essence version. Almost all the bells and whistles. Would recommend this car to anyone that needs The comfort and ride of a car with added convenience of a small suv.

I found that this is the car of my dreams! I want one sooo bad. The first one I saw at the dealers, My Husband felt they still wanted too much. I am going to another dealer on Monday or Tuesday. I'm hoping this will be the successful one. I NEED THIS CAR/SUV. All grandma's NEED this SUV!!
