Worst car I’ve leased

A complete lemon. In for seevice4x since 11/22/2020. Less than 6k. Issues started at 3k. Dealership “has never seen the codes” that the diagnostic report is supplying.

Love my new SUV

I love my new Buick Encore GX! The bronze color is gorgeous and I have received many compliments about it. She is a smooth riding vehicle and is very comfortable to drive.

Very sporty plus luxurious, good looking, good performance, economical to operate, seems well built with quality components, high tech, plus it fits in my garage!

Love this car!

I am so in Love with this car! It has everything in it that I could ever want, and then some. Still learning how to use some of the functions on it. I have no complaints.

Steering

Bought this vehicle with 2600 miles on it. Car would drift left or right on a straight road. Service said cradle off 8 degrees. Adjusted. Still had same problem. All alignment checked etc. All ok. Left lane control off. Still drifts steadily one way or the other. Drove another 2020 same model. It had same problem.GM said no fix.

Excellent New Buick Model

I needed something to replace previous vehicle I had driven for 15 years. Lupient had been mentioned by a friend as a good place to look for a new one. I've always liked Buicks anyhow. I saw they had year-end closeout prices on the new 2020 Encore GX with many great features included. I purchased one and feel lucky that I got such a nice car at such a nice price. 👍

Most Reliable Car I Owned. It is also smart.

Buick has definitely stepped their game up. The color Buick symbol, the leather mixed interior makes you feel like wow. The exterior is beautiful because it makes you feel higher than a compact but not extensively big like a mini van. It is the car I always wanted. The best part is the power steering and anti-collision sensors. I also love the partnership with On-Star because of the built in Wifi for the vehicle. So although, it is not a minivan it provides a peace of mind and fun for my family to have Wifi access.

Love my car But!!!

I bought a 202 encore gx in May 2020. I have 1 issue and 1 HUGE PROBLEM. issue- small trunk HUGE PROBLEM- SQUEAKY - had both front & back replaced and still squeaks :( then I was told NOTHING can be done to help me fix it since manufacturers know of this issue already & {are working on it} VERY IRRITATING & UPSETTING, you pay a large price for a {nicer} car and have to put up with SQUEAKING NON STOP.

Not a good buy

The car has a vibration in the steering wheel. I took it in and the service dept told me the trans and computer had to get in sinc, It would take 2500-3000 miles. New car with 500 miles and I don't want to drive it anymore. I go 90 miles for medical treatment and have to take my wife's car. Neither of us is happy.

Much Better Then Pro Reviewers Say

I test drove all the compact SUVs. The Encore GX has all the luxury of the high priced comparable SUVs but without the sticker price. And it has the extras that the comparable lower price don’t have. With the rebated it is, by far the best value in the compact SUV selection. The criticism the pro reviewers gave it was the engine performance. We found it is very peppy and has great acceleration to merge into expressway traffic. We are getting much better highway mileage than it is listed at. On a 600 mile trip we got 38mpg while driving at the speed limit.
