Nicest Car Ever

Have owned our Cadillac CTS Coupe now for a couple of months. Took a while to learn all the bells and whistles. This car is a dream to drive, handling and comfort is great. Lots of pep when you need it. This car has spoiled me as far as any other brand is concerned.

Beautiful Styling

Everytime I see the car I have to stop and admire the lines. After owning the car for about 3,ooo miles, I have kn complaints.

CTS Premium AWD Sport Sedan

Love the styling inside and out. Excellent gauges, radio controls. Love the articulating headlights that lead me around the corners. Beautiful oversized sunroof. BUT, THE FRONT SEATS MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE SITTING ON SOME BLEACHERS. THE SEAT BACKS ARE HORRIBLE. IT FEELS LIKE YOU BACK IS AGAINST THE SHORT EDGE OF A 2X4. For this reason alone I am sorry I bought it. I am currently looking at a XTS.

GREAT CAR I have been driving a Lincoln LS V-8 for 10 years. The 3.6 CTS is not near as quick, but overall the CTS is a very nice car.

Cadillac has a lemon

Purchased my CTS coupe 5,000 miles ago. Beautiful car. One of the best looking in years. But looks can be deceiving. The transmission has a terrible shift that Cadillac acknowledges, but says there is no repair. When you are slowing to approach a stop or light and do not make a full stop, then accelerate, the car makes a terrible jerk. So bad that my wife thought it was me and said quit that. Cadillac calls it a 'vacuum gap'. I have other words for it. It is really strange that Cadillac has a name for something they say isn't wrong and is acceptable??? This is the second, and last Cadillac I'll purchase. Cadillac headquarters simply states that there has not been enough complaints to warrant a repair. Wow. Don't buy a new model if you want repairs. It is really a shame since it is such a beautiful car, but looks can be deceiving. Save your money and try another brand.

2011 CTSV

Outstanding in every respect except gas mileage. However, nobody should buy this automobile if that is a consideration. I've owned numerous Corvettes and hot rod Camaros. Although I love all of them, this one takes the cake overall. Magnificent automobile!!!

Best car yet

I have my CTS coupe now 5 months and by far the best car I've driven. I started out trying to be practical and looking at the Buick Regal turbo. The Regal wasn't bad if your looking for a decent vanilla car to commute to work each day. Once I started to price one out to lease, I found myself being able to get a CTS sedan for the same price with all the rebates available thru GM. One I saw the CTS coupe I had to have it. My next problem was color, I ended up with the silver, mainly because I refused to pay the $1k for the white or red and ended up going with a fully loaded model. The only negatives I can mention is that the sideview mirrors don't retract unless you pull them in and why isn't there a turn signal light on the sideview mirror either. You can find cars for half the price that offer them, why not the CTS ?? Cadillac is definetly back, even my 18 year old daughter can't wait to get her hands on it. Styling, comfort, ride and quality. you get it all with the CTs coupe!!
