Worth the money!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Most reliable car

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

Love the car but it has issues it shouldn’t have

This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.

Most unreliable vehicle I've owned

Over 100 pages of repairs in 35 months of ownership. Highlights of repairs, motor rebuilt due to collapsed lifters, three transmissions (not resolved yet) shocks replaced, oil leak repaired, water leaking from roof mounted antenna. Over 50 repairs and currently back logged for more repairs with no end date for parts to arrive. To date 7 months of ownership in the dealer service department. Do your own research. Ordered a new Lexus yesterday after doing mine.

Roomy and smoooooth.....

Just What you'd expect from a Cadillac...Smooth ride with comfort, space and luxury. Whoever owned it previously took great care of the vehicle and it is worth the buy.

The worst car I have ever owned

This car has engine problems galore..Cue was replaced because it froze completely, a/c leak and then stoped blowing air. Has a kick when going from 1st to second gear. Car engine light turns on even after having Cadillac fix the camshaft and lifters replaced three times. Still car makes screeching noise when turning on and driving down the road. I mean the worst car ever. Buy something else and they do not back their brand and Cadillac does not care. I had to go through Florida lemon law process for mine and they try to scam you into taking 4000.00 dollars and try to charge you for usage when they know these cars have manufacturer problems. Please check the National highway safety Webb is its a a you can see numerous complaints like mine. Lesson learned...if you want to throw away 93000.00 just so yo UCSB say you drive an Escalade be my guest.

Luxury redefined. Drives like you you are flying.

Ride in comfort. Up to three different movies simultaneously. In built vehicle wifi, play video games on the road, onstar calling with vehicle's own phone number, massage seats, and many great features.

Great vehicle

I hope recommend this vehicle to anyone. And the dealership is very attentive when it comes to listening to the people. I just wish all dealerships were attentive.
