2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ consumer reviews

Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

The Escalade has been in for service 135+ days and still counting. Main issue is super cruise, it would change lanes properly but would occasionally change automatically to right lane into vehicle next to Escalade almost causing accident. I had to take control to avoid accident. This happened 3 times so far. Now the super cruise wants to drift right into vehicle in right line next to me. Again I had to take control to avoid accident. Other ongoing issues; passenger mirror not tight enough and will fling forward every time through car wash, no matter which newer car wash used even though mirrors are folded in, exterior mirrors not aligned uniformly when folded in, turn signal dash display very distorted which is very hard to see properly, vehicle not lowering properly when exiting sole of the time, rear emblem loose and not operating properly. There are/were more issues.
