2019 Cadillac XT4 consumer reviews

I purchase This car November 2018. December 6 2018 it would not start so I called roadside who told me a that it was a bad battery. Later I find out that was not the case 5 weeks later the car would not start again I had its towed to the dealership who told me it wad a dead cell in the new battery.This was on Friday. It is still there today which is Wednesday I was called to went to pick it up yesterday which was Tuesday because they told me it was ready. Only to get in it and there were multiple errors on the dash. I will never ever own or purchase another Cadillac. Unfortunately this has been a pain and has proven to be a very unreliable vehicle. The dealership however has been very Polite unfortunately I feel as if this vehicle I purchase has been used as a Guinea pig and it is no longer something that I choose to own.

We really love the XT4! It’s very nice to look at, and the inside is gorgeous. All the features work great and are easy to use. We always get compliments on it from strangers as well. We like it much better than our previous BMW X1. If you’re considering this car you’ll love it! We have the Sport model with the winter package and lane assist and AWD. Apple car play works great and is easy to use.

Had the car for 2 weeks and a problem with the transmission occurred. My car was at the dealer for 1 month. Car was returned to me and within 3 weeks-another transmission problem. The engine also sounds louder in the car than it should. So disappointed. I know I'm going to be in for quite a fight getting out of this automobile. Looking for an attorney who would start a class action case against gm. Paid an awful lot for such a lemon. I would look at another vehicle. It is such a shame because this automobile is gorgeous.

GM SHOULD OF DONE THEIR HOMEWORK BEFORE PUTTING THE XT4 ON THE MARKET UNTIL THEY GOT ALL BUGS WORKED OUT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE XT4!

great performance from the little 4 cylinder engine. Very comfortable and nice driver. The many toys and gadgets work well and are very helpful for safe and stress free driving.

Third Caddy we've owned in the last five years. Turned in a 2016 SRX for the 2019 XT4 Premium Luxury and find it is light years better than the SRX and we really liked the SRX. Very quiet, smooth ride, fantastic acceleration, well styled and comfortable interior, really like the massage seats for long trips. Entertainment system is very good. Back seat passengers have plenty of room. And, it runs on regular gasoline.

Love it equal to if not better than the 2012 SRX that we still own and purchased from a Jessup. Ample leg room excellent power and acceleration.

The transmission went out at 450 miles, it was replaced, went out again at 875 miles and GM will not take the car back. BE WARE

Is the excellent call I'm really interesting in buying it I like the quality the rye the interior exterior is a beautiful car And I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Great car, easy to drive, very quite, parks easy, gets lots of attention, the leather seats are very comfortable and easy to care for over all great to drive.
