Purchased the 15 passenger Express 3500 to carry around my 6 standard poodles. Traded my 2002 Chevrolet Express 1500. The 2002 was a great van. Test drove all models and opted for the 320hp 6.0L V8. Much better pickup and torque. The suspension is heavy duty and seems very firm over bumps in the road. The van feels extremely solid on the highway cruising along at 80mph. Gas mileage in the city is about 11.5 mpg. Gas mileage on the highway going a steady 65 is about 22.5 mpg. Good value if you need lots of usable space.
