Not what I expected from a Chevy

Very cheep made car, got it pre owned with 11,000 miles on it. The interior is very poorly made. My daughter sat her backpack in the front floor and the plastic clip on it left a permanent scratch in on the glove box. The rear cup holders fell apart immediately, and after a low speed fender bender the grill completely fell apart and the bumper was smashed. I was maybe going 7-10 MPH. Disappointed with this car.

great car

Bought my car new in October 2010, never had problems. No problems, have always kept the maintenance on it.

Very reliable if maintained properly.

I purchased the car used from Jefferson Chevrolet and they did not address my concerns with the performance of the vehicle. The salesman act like he did me a favor in selling me the used vehicle and many times I regret the purchase because there is always something wrong with it. I tried having it serviced at Jefferson Chevrolet while under warranty but was always dismissed like I didn't know what I was talking about regarding the performance issues. Now that the warranty has expired, the issues I've complained about are now costing me money. I currently take my vehicle to Serra Chevrolet of Southfield where I receive 5 Star service!

I have had this vehicle for 5 years, with the exception of the fuel pump going out i have not had anything but regular maintenance on this vehicle. No frills reliable car.

Great car, but with a catch.

I bought a used 2011 Malibu. While I immediately fell in love with this car, I've had one issue with it. For whatever reason, I'm only getting 13 MPG in town. I don't drive my car hard, and I have not been able to discover the source of the issue. Aside from the gas mileage, the car is everything I had hoped it would be. It's comfortable, spacious, easy to keep clean, and there's enough leg space for everyone I've had in the car. The sound system is better than I had expected and for a 2.4 liter engine, it's got a solid amount of power. The car drives smooth and overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Obviously the gas mileage issue isn't a problem with every Malibu, but since the car isn't throwing any codes or any indication of a problem, I'd warn a potential buyer to evaluate the mileage closely.

Amazing Car!

I was out looking for a car because I really needed one to get me back and forth to work and other places, and I ended up finding this Malibu for a low price! I couldn't pass that up!

Kenny

My Chev Malibu LTZ would not stop when I pressed on break. My car is wrecked now, after hitting a building after going through a fence. I don't recommend buying this type of car

2010 Malibu LT

I loved the car until it started to fall apart. My brothers transmission went at 32,000km and mine went at 34,000km. Both 2010 malibu's but after 6 years and so little milage I feel GM cannot build a car properly. I later found out that the transmission is Daewoo Korean and not Canadian ir USA built.

Very reliable

Just purchased this used car for my son. Love it so far. My husband and I wanted a stylish yet affordable car for our son, who will be getting his license soon. I think we hit a home run with this Malibu

Best car I've owned

Doesn't give any problems and gives me around 30 mpg. I drive it fron college to home every two weeks which is a 4 hours drive and it gives me great gas mileage!
