The team at Ed Bozarth is top notch. My husband and I did business with Gaudin Ford previously. My husband went to Gaudin Ford looking to get out of his lease on the 2015 Taurus. We worked with the original sales guy who sold both the Taurus and the Edge to us. My husband explained to him that he was not happy with Taurus and would like to get into a vehicle that is him and one he loved. The sales guy told him due to the amount remaining on the lease there was nothing he or Ford can do for him. After leaving Ford completely disappointed, he reached out to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and spoke with Scott Richard. My husband explained the situation to Scott. Scott took his time to completely listen to my husband and told him that if there is a way Ed Bozarth Chevrolet has it. My husband went right over to the dealership and began working with Sam Hemmingway. During the process it was discovered that Gaudin Ford owns the rights and decision making to the Ford Taurus. This was discovered when Sam Hemmingway contacted Ford Credit to request the dealer buyout payment. With know that information my husband became more upset at the fact Gaudin turned away a customer who had purchased two vehicles from. Gaudin could have easily offer $20k to buy back their car and buried the remaining $6k in rebates but chose not to. We know $20k seems a lot but we all know that the car would have been sold for at least $26k for the simple fact it was over a year old with only 6,900 miles on it. After working with Sam Hemmingway, Nathan Syme, and Juan Pena for 2 hours they were able to get my husband into a 2017 Chevy Silverado and kept our payments near the amount that we were paying on the Ford with no $0 down. After seeing the level dedication and service we received at Ed Bozarth my husband and I will no longer be doing business with Ford and definitely not Gaudin ever again. Once our lease contact on the Edge is up we will be returning to Gaudin only returning back to Ed Bozarth to make our next purchase. Not only did Ford lose my husband and I as customers but I have also spoke with my family and close friends and they too have decided to no longer do business with Gaudin. 5 of those folks will be going to Bozarth this weekend to trade in their Fords for new Chevy vehicle.

Truck was ready when we arrived and we were shown the features including connecting the phone and On Star. The 3 salesmen plus the finance guy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service at this dealership was excellent. The only thing I was change was the truck was not check thoroughly--there was no window washer in the container and we found 3 very minor scratches on the hood and fender which did not go deeper than the clearcoat.

My wife and I were looking for a truck for awhile (I have to mention that is our first truck and we never had one before). You might say I shouldn't judge the trucks because I never had one but as a beginner who studied all the brands and features of all the trucks out there my experience can be helpful for beginners. We looked at different dealerships in Laramie, Fort Collins, and Denver and different brands and models such as Ford F-150, Ram 1500, and Silverado 1500. I have to confess that our experience with Chevy was beyond our expectation. Silverado 1500 was exactly the truck that we were looking for. Its steel body make you feel safe in the truck and its beautiful design is like you can wear a suit and go to a dress code party. It has the spirit of a real truck combined with modern technologies and luxurious features. On the other hand, Ford F-150 with aluminum body and all the features looks like a plastic toy for a kid that does not look like a friend with loyalty. We ended up with a Black crew cab Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the features that we asked for. I should say that I never had any of Chevy's product before in my life and I think I can not buy anything else in the future except Chevy. Thanks Chevy for its outstanding products and services.

Love this truck. Had one in 2010 and so happy I went back to buy Silverado again. What a perfect truck with all the bell and whistles. They have out done themselves with this truck!

I buy a new truck every 5 years. This is my sixth Chevy pickup and I am very happy and satisfied. I am a truck guy so this one is comfortable but I am a truck guy. It has all the bells and whistles some I am still learning to use (back up camera). It is a 5.3 liter V eight with vfm that drops to 4 cylinders when the engine is not pressed resulting in 19+ mpg overall. that being said the V-8 355 engine has stones and will pull a trailer with ease. Its brand new so very reliable but I have never had an issue with any of my five previous trucks. Just love it

I love my new 2017 Z71 Silveado 1500 LTZ. It looks really sharp. I have had many compliments. This truck has more features than any truck I have ever had. It is a lot of fun to drive. I bought it at Mills Chevrolet in Davenport, Iowa They were great to deal with and very fair and friendly.
