very nice look, drive like a car!

this car met all ! Pickup trucks cater to a wide assortment of prospective buyers due to their sheer flexibility and wide spectrum of features. Still, our ideal version is as capable of hauling construction materials as it is families and their stuff.

Just bought it today.

I think it will be a great vehicle. I have owned 6 pickups in the past and all were great. I love the color and the styling.

Great value

It’s a truck but you feel like your riding in a luxury vehicle. Super quiet inside cab. Terrific gas mileage, plenty of power with the turbo 2.7 engine.

2016 Silverado

I cannot for the life of me figure out why a package on a 2020 determines whether or not I can have sirius xm. The cost to have that capability in a pickup that lists for $47,000 is nothing. You f'd this one up gm. I upgrade about every 3 years and I will look elsewhere on my next pickup.

Last Silverado, buy a 2020 if enjoy paying lawyers

Bought a 2020 Silverado 1500 trail boss (my dream truck at the time) in mid Dec 2019. Drove it 200mi for Christmas, check engine light came on en route, engine running rough, and loss of 40% fuel economy. Went into service at end of December 2019. Has been in service almost the 6mo continuously since purchase. Latest problem was airbag readiness light, DIC message saying service safety restraint systems, and OnStar urgent notification to take truck immediately to dealer. Truck has been in service several times at different dealers (per GM's request) since purchase. Dealer mechanics informed me the truck was unsafe to drive when having this problem and GM told me they recommend I follow the mechanics advice. GM was informed by dealer after 3mo of ownership and they couldn't fix the latest problem, and mechanics/GM engineers have been coordinating to find out what is wrong. After about 6mo in service, GM has told me they want another 2-3mo. to make a decision as to whether or not to repurchase or replace my truck but they MAY say 'no' and that I should speak to an attorney for legal advice. In the end, it looks like it will be 9mo after buying a new truck before I might have one I can drive safely. GM told me my only immediate remedy was to accept a loaner from the dealer (went without a vehicle for work for about 6wks before I got a crossover, not what I bought and inadequate for my use in construction). Ironically, the loaner was damaged by hail during the night and now the dealer is holding me responsible for damage from an Act of God. So far, I have a $50,000, 5,500lb paperweight that looks pretty in the sunlight. But, I dare not drive it for fear of injury or death. The latest problem I have encountered is that the airbags WILL NOT deploy in an accident but, according to the truck's manual, the airbags MAY deploy while simply operating the truck WITHOUT an accident (see warning on pg. 133 of 2020 manual, it's available online via pdf from Chevrolet). I would not recommend to a friend, or an enemy if I had one, to purchase a 2020 Silverado. And if I can prevent at least 1 person from experiencing my problem, maybe some good can come from my experience. Beware, mine has spent almost all of the time I have owned it in service (about 6mo.) and did not have reliable safety equipment. I fantasize daily about the 2012 Silverado I traded in...at least I did not believe that one likely to hit me with an airbag while just driving down the highway. I got the 2020 truck back from the latest service attempt the other day, the mechanic sent me a video showing my truck disassembled in the dealer's shop telling me where he thinks this latest problem originated...GM's factory allegedly (from what the mechanic told me) assembled the truck electrical components incorrectly, causing infrequent connection of a pin in a terminal. The interesting part was where I placed my feet on the floorboard of the driver's seat would actually disable the airbags. I watched him demonstrate the very phenomenon in a video. A little scary to know where I put my foot on the floor could/did disable my safety equipment while driving the truck. I didn't even know that was possible. In the end, I've been told several times these last 6mo. that my 2020 Silverado was okay to drive, only to be proven otherwise on several occasions. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." But, that truck sure does look cool sitting there...

I love my new truck

This is a gift for my wife. Her first car was an F150. She loves pickups. I was never a fan of bigger vehicles. But now that we have it I’m in love. I wish I had bought a Chevy Silverado for myself. It rides like a dream. I’m quite jealous of my wife’s new truck.
