Excellent heavy duty gas truck

I paid virtually nothing for a beat up dented old horse hauler. I have pounded this truck, towed, hauled and moved everything. At over 200,000 hard miles, the engine finally quit. I love my dented beat up Chevy so much, I bought a new engine and will continue to use it for a long time! It's been one of the best trucks I've ever owned!

Expensive to repair

When it runs right it’s not a bad truck. It’s comfortable on trips and looks good. How ever it is painfully expensive to have repaired. 90% of shop won’t even work on diesels and the ones that do charge a lot.

Low milage and no rust for the year.

We are currently using for work and home, we are really pleased with our purchase. The back seat folds up so we can put tools and other items behind us without ruining the seat or having to put in the truck bed.

Diesel has been great

I bought new and most of the 115 k miles have been used as a truck. I?m an easy driver and use in rural Colorado and get 24 mpg on trips, 17 mpg pulling 10 k travel trailer which I think is great. No repairs except a $150 computer chip years ago. Has been reliable and great value.
