Comfort and muscle all in one

Feels like riding in a luxury car but it has the muscle and capabilities of a heavy duty truck. Best of both worlds. Has a great "cool factor" with it's look and style.

One Ton of Comfort and Power

Best truck I've ever owned. Used as a tow vehicle for our Grand Design Reflection Coach. Towed like a dream and there was never an issue of stability. The torque and power were unmatched and never underrated. A wonderful choice if you are looking for luxury and strength.

Reliable but same problems as previous years.

Drives good and Comfortable to be in. I drove it all day for work. On average I haul 5k lbs. Already at 124k miles. Problems, fuel tank and def syproblems. Which is the same problems we have on our 2014 and 2016. Cost to fix the def system was about $2500. Fuel tank problem is the sending unit 90% of the time and sometimes the pump.

I am new to driving a dually.

I am loving this truck. It does not ride near as stiff as I thought it would. It is very comfortable to ride in and drive.

overpriced

i believe Chevrolet is overpriced when compared to competitors and resale of same 3500 series. A nice truck ,no doubt but to 10 thousand above competitors is hard to justify and i had not meant a sales person up to the job

My first new truck.

I use this truck for work and it has done everything I have asked it to. It's comfortable, has plenty of power, and I could use $300.

Needs power mirrors

So far, except for not having power mirrors so I can get it in the garage door with having to get out and push thi mirrors in, it is great. Have only had it for 12 hours. If it lives up to performance and expectations of my past 2 Chev 3500's it will be great.

Duramax power.

This truck is light years ahead of the other one ton trucks that I've owned. Very solid . Very comfortable ride. Well designed and power out the wazoo.
