Great all around SUV

Would buy again hands down. Very dependable and ok MPG of 19 combined. Cooling seats a big plus. Good size hatch opening in rear. Comfortable seats even after 100,000 miles.

Worst car I've owned

Trash, breaks down a lot, interior falls apart. Absolutely no room to work on the vehicle. You have to remove the tires just to change lights. That should tell you how poorly designed this car is. Do Not Purchase it.

Most reliable car I’ve owned

This met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compared to other cars I tested.

Front seats poorly made

The front seats are poorly made. This is my first time owning a Chevy and I am 64 years of age. The front seats are falling apart. When the car was still new, the plastic part on the bottom of the front passenger seat came off. I took it to the dealership and had them replace it. The part was not cheap. I paid $135.00 for it. Shortly after I had it replaced, it fell off again. Then the same part fell off of the drivers seat. The material used for that part is not sturdy enough to support the weight placed on the seat. I’ve owned several vehicles and never had this problem with any of the other vehicles. My.brother also owned a 2012 Traverse and had the same problem. He got rid of his. The seats are very uncomfortable and will have to be replaced.

I did a LOT of research before buying this used

My wife says I'm nuts for all the research I was doing when we came into the market for a used car. It came down a couple of choices but the Chavy Traverse LTZ was the very best value for the money. We needed room for 7 and there's ample space in all three rows. I wanted a nice sound system and the 10 speaker Bose system sounds awesome... for music AND movies with Dolby 5.1 Surround and the comfort of heated AND cooled seats will make the cold and hot days far more bearable, especially when combined with the remote starting feature. The safety features can't be ignored. The number of airbags, ABS, reverse camera, park assist, traction control... all what I was looking for.

Excellent Family Vehicle. Very Reliable.

We owned our 2012 Traverse for 6 years and enjoyed it's size and safety for a large family. The fuel mileage was overall good and we like the flexibility of seating arrangements

Do not buy this car

Ok, there is good things about it, like it's good looking and its roomy but that's about it. I keep up EA with all the maintenance, that being said, it's got too many issues that keep poppin up and it's never the same one. If you want a suv that you have to keep putting money into then this is for you. I have only 100k on it so it's not like alot. I will never buy anything but Toyotas or Hondas ever again. Why cant we get it right.

Horrible!

I bought my 2012 in 2014. It is currently 2019 and I have had to replace the radiator twice. It currently is sitting at Chevrolet because it is now experiencing electrical issues. $450 for them to pull the vehicle apart just to look at it because they have no clue what the issue is. All the mechanic can say is "this is odd."
