Your window may not roll down.

Bought this car 3 weeks ago currently have 500 miles on it and now the driver side window has completely stopped working. It won’t go up or down at all. The car is nice and has many safety features but at least make sure to have working windows.

Incredibly unreliable.

I'm from Costa Rica, and through my local dealer I bought the RS (known as 2RS) model. One month later (actually 29 days) I sent it back and requested a new unit. This is what happened to me: Day one: no Apple Carplay, or apps on my infotainment system. One week later: the windows of the passenger doors did not respond to any commands. 3 Weeks later: the cluster shut down leaving me blind to any information. This is really concerning. If I hadn't sent it back, who knows what new issues would show. Now I'm battling for a new unit instead of them fixing the issues. Does this sound familiar to you?

OK for a month and a half, then multiple problems

I have owned this Chevy Trax for a month and a half. I work as a courier and drive a lot of highway miles so the Trax already has close to 13,000 miles on it. At first the only issue I had was that the screen would sometimes freeze. Sometimes has become almost everyday. I had to drive 20 minutes with the rear view camera still displaying on the screen until I was able to pull into a parking lot and turn the car off and back on to reset it. This week the drivers side front and rear windows stopped working. Today the check engine light came on. I am now unable to work for the rest of the week because the first available diagnostic appointment is in three days, and I don't trust driving with the check engine light on, even though the dealership said it "would be ok unless the light is flashing...." My prior car, a 2020 VW Tiguan went 3 years with no problems, only needing to go to the shop for regular maintenance. This vehicle made it a month and a half, and who knows if it will be solved right away.

Decent Car

3k on 2024 thus far. Only issue was the infotainment system going out at times. Vehicle was brought into dealership who installed an update. Working fine now.

Amazing car with some preference problems

I’ve only had this car for 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more excited. We have got amazing gas mileage with it on a hr trip (70+ miles) and used about an 1/8 of tank. The only problem I have with it so far is adapt cruise control brakes hard when it’s not necessary this is the 3rd vehicle I’ve driven with adapt cruise and it feel like it hits the emergency brakes rather then release the gas or light pressure and then has to return back to speed set because brakes to hard/to much.

1RS a mixed Bag of good And Bad

Bought my 1RS back in July. Currently have 2k miles on it. So far Back window does not go down at times. I get a loud annoying base sound throughout the car at times. The AC will not cool the car with remote start. So yes it definitely has it faults. But I do enjoy driving it. I am going to try to make this last as long as u can..I do question durability of the Turbocharged 3 Cylinder however.

My First Brand New Car/ WORTH THE WAIT

I am very pleased with my new TRAX. I've had it a month and I am really enjoying it. I call it my Cayenne Pepper. With all the safety innovations on it, I tell everyone that it is making me a better driver. I didn't think I would like all the computer caution items but it helps to keep me focused and alert. It looks really sporty to me, and I like it's lines.
