Very fun car to drive and reliable

Reliable, fun to drive, and well taken care of. Very good quality car for the money. Only 2 owners, clean car fax, and recent maintenance done with 4 brand new tires, brand new battery, and fresh oil change

Under the radar driving fun and utility

We picked up this car used four years ago, and have been enjoying it ever since. The car has great power, a very reliable and sensible transmission, and wonderful handling. The interior is a little bland by today's standards but the materials have worn well over time like a good wash and wear shirt. Notice that the car has not been majorly redesigned since the 2005 version. That's because it still looks better and more American than other sedans around. Friends notice it has a comfortable ride and looks sharp. Costs of ownership are as low as any around. Nothing out of the ordinary in repairs. A great value, under the radar of most buyers who for whatever reason want to drive the look-alike crossover of the minute.

The best sedan I've ever owned

This is a bone-stock 300. I bought it in 2010 with 60k miles. It has 103,575 miles now. Cool Vanilla Cream paint, saddle brown leather seating, stock 5.7L Hemi, stock suspension, 265/60R18 Pirelli P6 Plus All Season radials on 9 spoke chromies. Pluses; Best-handling big car I've ever owned, especially considering a weight of 4200lbs. Steering is very quick. It goes where you want it to go with very little movement of the steering wheel. It corners very well for such a big car which makes it a great city vehicle. On the highway the steering is very precise and the car changes lanes quickly and with very little movement of the wheel. I've gotten myself out of trouble more than a few times with this car's handling at highway speeds. This 5.7L Hemi is a superb engine. It is docile in town but never falters when you need power at lower rpm. With 390lbft of torque @1200rpm it accelerates quickly and effortlessly, remarkable in such a heavy car. In over 43k miles it has never given me any trouble whatsoever. The Dodge Boys really got it right with this Gen3 dual spark plug engine. The interior is very well laid out, long and wide. I've had people over 6' tall in the back seat and nobody has complained about lack of legroom. The width means three can sit back there without being cramped. The 9 speaker Boston Acoustic sound system sounds like a concert hall. I can carry five mothers-in-law in the massive trunk. Minuses; No interior sound deadening was installed, so if the sound system is off I hear every creak groan and rattle from the trunk. The steering wheel could be softer. Handholds should have been installed above the doors. I would love to have paddle shifters. The front seats have very little side bolstering and that's tough to deal with on slick leather seating. A shame no 8 speed transmission was offered that year. Even with those defects(most of which I can fix), I give the car high marks. Well done Chrysler!!

Coolest Chrysler 300c I've ever seen

This is a very good car for the money i love it. I am obsessed with this car and you can get them for very cheap which is very good. it has 5.7 V8 HEMI in it which means for this price you are getting an extremely nice engine.

It was a no go

I bought the car and on the way home from the dealer it broke down. Two week later it couldn't be fixed. So I ended up with a Chevy Cruze. Boo

Modern-day Classic!

Like almost all other reviews here I too love my 300C! My ONLY complaint, is I wish the cruise control lever was on the right side of the steering wheel as I sometimes tap it when I mean to use the turn signal lever which is a little lower. Putting both levers on the left side of the wheel was a bad idea, other than that it's flawless!

Love it and no regrets so far...

I just purchased my used 2006 300 C Hemi and the only issue I had was the key fob locked up the computer system so I had to have it towed after only owning it less than 24 hours. The dealership ordered a new key fob and reprogrammed it free of charge. I love the look, feel, and power of this car. I was also looking at the VW CC and the Audi A4 however; after only buying Honda, Toyota, Mazda and VW vehicles for years...I decided to give American a try again and I am very impressed. I bought it with 94,000 miles and it looks brand new inside and out in my favorite cobalt blue color w/ grey & black interior. I take care of my cars so I feel this one will last me too for many more years to come and it certainly turns heads of ALL ages.
