Dave Littleton Ford is the worst dealership I’ve ever been in my life. Very unaccommodating to the customers and not willing to go the extra mile.

Excellent Hybrid SUV!!

I am normally not a big SUV kind of girl, but I have to admit, I really like this Aspen. It has almost no blind spot which is amazing for a vehicle of this size and it rides and drives smoothly. I was afraid I was not going to like the pick-up with it being a hybrid and all but it takes off smoothly and quickly and sounds really good when that Hemi kicks in! The one I have has pretty much every option you can get and I love that about it! The backup camera is especially nice.

Dealer support is TERRIBLE

I was looking for a hybrid that had towing capacity. Other hybrids had better mileage, some only slightly, but this is bigger than my Grand Cherokee, and still gets consistently better mileage than the 4,7 did. Dealer support is TERRIBLE. I had to drive 80 miles to get the spark plugs replaced at 120,000 miles, TWICE. Even after telling then 3 times that the hybrid needed special plugs, they didn't check until after they had my truck. Even then the price went up twice - once for hybrid, second time for the spark plugs. I cannot emphasize enough - tell the dealer it is a hybrid again and again, and they will still be surprised. Dealer support is TERRIBLE. I would love to recommend this truck, but the high-voltage hybrid means dealer servicing. Dealer support is TERRIBLE.
