Small car big power
I just got this car but it so far I am really impressed. It has a lot of pick up for a 4 cylinder. The styling is really great.

Smoothest Driving Car I ever Have Had
I just bought a 2013 White Dodge Dart. I LOVE IT. I do wish the inside seating had been a little bit darker in color, as it is going to be hard to keep spotless; but tomorrow I am having it Scotch Guarded by the dealership. I enjoy driving it very much, and it makes me feel so great. I love the radio system, and all the different things you can check just by clicking on the steering wheel. Only wish it had automatic lights.

Great Car
"You've never lived if you havent driven a european car." - Alfa Romeo. This may be an american car, but it is based on the European Alfa Romeo Giulietta. This cars exterior looks are outstanding and aggressive. It gets looks wherever it goes and the 1.4l multi air turbo is very fun to play around with. The turbo lag can take some getting used to. On the inside, you will find great interior styling with amazing technology and a beautiful piano black deck panel surrounding the head unit and the gauge cluster. The backseats are comfortable for people under 6 ft, if you are 6 ft and you like to look out the window while you're on the car ride, be ready to hit your head on the bulging hard plastic above the rear windows. All in all it is an amazing car. Definitely would recommend.

2013 Dodge Dart SXT
Did not get the turbo, did not get the Tall eye, did not get the touch screen. I did get the special edition package. I love this car. I looks fantastic, and is so fun to drive. Gas is fine, and sound is excellent. Chairs are a little uncomfortable to someone with bigger legs, but that's my only complaint. Such a great cart.

Great Value Car
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Dart Rallye for her to be used as a 90-100 mile per day commuter car. The car also has some features of the Aero package. (active grille shutters, and underbody aero treatment) The Dart came with the 2.0L Tigershark which we preferred (test drove both) over the 1.4L MultiAir Turbo. Too much TURBO LAG. It is the 6 speed auto-stick, with some other options added as well. The following is why we purchased the car as it was optioned. With the cruise control set at 55mph, we get 42-45 mpg. With the cruise control set at 60, we get 38-40 mpg. Freeway speeds of 65-75 mph we still get 32-34 mpg. Overall city/highway mileage, which includes 'spirited' driving... still around 28-30 mpg. We loved the fact that we could have both the sporty looks of the Rallye trim with the economy of the Aero trim. The Rallye seats are pretty comfy considering they are generic cloth seats... and they actually hold you in place pretty well too on fast curves. We have the regular XM stereo option with 6 speakers... two up on dash, two on front doors, two on rear doors, none on the rear window/trunk deck. It sounds just fine and the 'U Connect' worked like a charm while linking our phones. The rear seat did lack on total volume though without the rear deck speakers. The cabin feels very roomy though, like a midsize sedan. The interior also feels 'soft' everywhere and doesn't feel cheap to me. As far as performance goes... it handles pretty sporty for a sub $20,000 car on all season tires. Coming from driving a Subaru WRX (absolute joy to drive every time behind the wheel) and then to this Dart, believe it or not, I think it performs pretty well. Sort of sluggish off the line, but feels faster than it is. The integrated 'dual' exhaust rumbles pretty decent especially considering it's coming from a stock commuter. Gave the car a 3 out of 5 for reliability because lets face it... it's brand new and hasn't had time to be considered 'reliable'. So far couldn't be happier with it though. Bottom line... great styling, performance, sound, and interior for a 40+ mpg 'compact'.

NIGHT AND DAY
The dart solves a problem with my sister. It is a good car for commuting great, gas mileage. Merging with traffic is a planned event, the Dart is a 4 cylinder and when I step on it is slow to respond. I prefer the American car when I can find one. My primary vehicle is a Tricked out Dodge Hemi magnum with some speed toys. Large and heavy it is not a 0 to 60 speed hog. 30 to 60 it is a beast.. I bought the Dart for my sister, she loves it.

Dodge drops the ball
let's see... 300km slave cylinder fails (massive recalls on this). 8000 km new transmission required (still sounds like box of rocks, never been smooth on shifting). 8500 km recall for drive shaft bolt. Breaks rust badly with every rainfall. Options for vehicle will drastically raise the cost. Everything being electric in the car leaves lots of room for problems (4 weird electronic freeze ups so far) It does have good aspects but I would recommend being very cautious if considering a Dart

Really loving this car
We purchased our bright red 1.4 turbo Rallye at the end of December, to take advantate of some year end rebates. This car is pretty much loaded: Back up camera, Satelite radio, etc. We are loving everything about this car. Feels great on the highway, very solid. Handles great in the city. Feels like a much more expensive car. My only complaint would be that it is a little slow out of the hole. We have the six speed manual, and first gear winds out in just a few seconds. Once you get it rolling, the turbo kicks in smoothly when you need the extra oomph. I would (and have) recommended this car to a friend. Like I said. Great value for the money. Love the styling, and the road feel.
