The absolute worst vehicle we have ever owned

I will never purchase a Dodge again. Bad paint, bad transmission bad all around car.parts cost more than car originally. Probably built on Friday. Purchased from dodge dealer.

Fantastic car

I love it! It's comfortable and big for my family. It rides smoothly and I love the heated seats. It will be nice in our cold winters. I feel safer for the winter months worth the AWD.

Having lots of wiring issues.

We bought this car at 23,000 miles and still have it and it’s at 170,000 but the past year we have had lots of wiring issues, the locks don’t work anymore the tire sensors are off, the radio goes black every once in while. That’s what the codes are anyways for the check engine. And we had transmission problems thats was covered by dodge. So sadly to say we will never get a Journey every again. Prolly not even dodge.

First purchase in several years

We were in the market for a Journey or a Liberty so this met our needs. It was actually the first car we test drive. Fell in love with it.

Good vehicle for the price

The vehicle has performed fantastic since our purchase. The price for this vehicle is was well below the price of a new car and in comparison it is nearly brand new. My only complaints are that it did not come with a license plate frame for the front of the vehicle which is illegal in the state that I live in. This should have been provided by the dealer. Also the radio jumps up to high volume when the car is first started even after turning off the accelerator controlled volume function. Pain in the arse cause it scares our little one every time we start the car. Other than that this car appears to be a good buy on our part.
