Great Car For Its Cost! Dependable And Rare!

This car met all my current needs even having a young toddler it was still grooming plus had a punch in speed. Since Dodge Stop making them they are very rare! But the body style is awesome. American made so the repair cost are cheaper. I felt comfortable commuting my family even on the highway.

solid as a bank vault

I've owned it since new. 2005 R/T model bought in early 2006. Just shy of 74000 miles. A few minor repairs (leaking steering column, reprogram of A/C), regular fluid changes and spark plug replacements, 3 sets of tires and that's it. Comfortable, fast, reasonably fuel efficient. I'll keep it until the wheels fall off. Best car I've owned (among BMWs, Mercedes, Infinity, Volvo, Jaguar.)

Love this car

This car is a very good. The vehicle has a lot of power. The car only needs mid grade gas to drive. The parts are not very expensive.

Good looking car

Nice car to look at but I have talked to a lot of people about this kind of vehicle and everyone (including myself) had to put new transmissions in them.

good car until the last couple of years

I have enjoyed my R/T Dodge Magnum with no troubles until the past couples of years. The first part to break was the shift lever below the console. The factory part broke, because it is a plastic part. The next part is the turn signal lever, which doesn't retract. It has been replaced twice. Both parts are made in China. The turn leaver was replace last week, and it still doesn't retract most of the time. China parts are not made very well. This car still only has 86000 miles

Very fun and versatile car.

I love this car and had the top model for the year (RT). The 5.7l hemi has plenty of grunt and the torque curve is very good. This car comfortably sat 4-6' plus men for extended drives no problem. I had trouble finding something this car couldn't do, from light off road driving to less than desirable conditions it performed all very well. The low clearance and long wheel base made it tricky sometimes getting into some driveways but, it is a trade off for the performance. Equip it with top end tires like I did and it is a real beast on the road.

The best

One of the best cars I've ever owned. Liked it so much I got an 06 model while still owning the 05 model (yes two of the same car at the same time - crazy). It's fast with the Hemi, very reliable, good for families, looks like nothing else on the road. Just a rock solid car, even with the 3.5L motor. (2.7 is OK but underpowered in such a large car). I regret selling it as it was in mint condition with zero issues. I want to get one again, that's how much I loved these cars. My advice: buy it and drive the heck out of it. You'll be driving a great car that won't give you headaches.

Best car I have ever owned. Mercedes design shows.

Love this car. If a car can be classified as sexy, this is it. To bad Mercedes do not own Chrysler any more. I never thought I would ever see a Fiat Jeep. So sad. .

Magnum SXT AWD Great Daily Driver

The AWD on this car is excellent! Driven in many snow storms and icy conditions with great traction from the performance all season tires. Never used chains. Think the balanced 50/50 weight distribution keeps it steady. Breaks are excellent where you can modulate with your foot and not get that grabby feeling. Drove this many years, 82k miles, very reliable.
