Great first car

Car has survived snowy winters and extremely warm summers. Lasted over 100,000 miles so far and plan on going even further. Extremely reliable.

great SUV!!

I'VE HAD THIS SUV FOR CLOSE TO TEN YEARS,HAVE TAKEN IT ON MANY VACATIONS,INCLUDING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND IT HAS BEEN VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE..THE RIDE IS VERY SMOOTH,THE GAS MILAGE IS OK AS LONG AS YOU DONT STEP ON IT...APPROACHING 100,000 MILES NOW AND LIKE ANY VEHICLE,IT NEEDS SOME PARTS REPLACED...THE WINDOW MOTOR ASSEMBLY AND THE AIRCON COMPRESSOR..OVER ALL,ONE OF THE BEST VEHICLES I EVER OWNED!!

Most reliable car I have owned.

Love this car!! Its compact but does the job. Plenty of leg room and tons of cargo space!! Has been very reliable in the 10 years I have owned it.

Gets me from A-B well without any problem

First car, really enjoy driving it without Any problems. Many people told me that the car would have a lot of problems, I've yet to experience any problem other than the car jack is a little small, lol

I love my Nitro

I haven't had anything really serious happen to my car. I have had my 2007 Nitro for seven years and have only replaced a water pump..

Great fun in this 4WD

This car is roomy and handles great. There exterior is beautiful and not like all the other cars on the road. Inside you can seat 5 with plenty of room. Plenty of storage space in the back to load your camping gear! Can't wait to take her four wheeling.

Explosive Nitro!

Replaced our 98 Jeep Cherokee with the Nitro. Wasn't impressed with the lack of 4-LO and low clearance but a 2" Daystar lift fixed that issue. We hunt, fish and do a lot of outdoor activities and the Nitro has always been up to the tasks. It hauls boats, kayaks and gear without any issues. All I've ever had to mess with was routine maintenance until last year at 170K when I had to replace the front wheel hubs and AC compressor. Its got 178k on it now and I have no plans of replacing it anytime soon. Great vehicle!

The longest I've ever owned a car.

I bought a new Dodge Nitro SXT in 2007. At that time, it had what I considered nice features such as keyless entry, keyless start, satellite radio & 2 12v DC power outlets. It is a 3.7L 4x4. Not too bad on gas. I also like the exterior styling of the Nitro. I've driven it for tens years. For the most part it has been reliable but I've had multiple problems with sensors concerning the oil, brakes & tires. Overall not a bad car for what I paid for it.
