Exceeds all expectations with a smile

We bought our 2017 Fiat 500 pop almost three years ago with 27k on it. We needed a small light car to tow behind our motor home and it fit the bill. What we didn't expect, was to totally fall in love with this little reliable and efficient car. I never could have anticipated how reliable and solid this little Fiat would be. We love driving the 5 speed with a nice purring engine under it's hood. We done nothing but oil and filter changes and tire rotations for three years, of course a air filter and cabin filter as well, but that's it. I would highly recommend this amazing little car to anyone. In town we get 45-50 mpg at 35 with the Cruise on, and at 80 we get 32-40 depending on hills etc. Car has totally exceeded all our expectations and more. No worries that Fiat stands for fix it again tony, no way, on this dependable great little car. I wish Fiat sold more of thier cars here, like in Europe and South America. Go Fiat!

Fast, agile, cheap Italian fun, yet reliable

Originally, I was looking to get a 124 Abarth, but the package I wanted didn't work out with my budget. I got set up with my 500 Abarth, and it has far exceeded my expectations. Comfortable even for taller frames in the front, quick even from the factory, and an exhaust note that thrills throughout the rev range... definitely not a typical 4 cylinder sound due to the dual exhaust setup. The only qualms I have are with the very cheap underpinnings on the interior pieces. The armrest pins holding the top on snapped within a month, and the driver's side window mechanism shattered in the door, making it inoperable. However, fixing these things myself has been exceedingly cheap and easy. The handling of the car is honestly incredible, it feels super solid with no shimmy or wiggle through varying curves and height. The auto transmission, especially in sport or track mode, is quick to shift and keeps the engine in the turbo's powerband easily. I would have preferred a manual, but I am honestly impressed with it. I've owned the car for over a year now, and every time I get in, it's never failed to thrill.

MUST SELL MOVING Best gas milage

I love this car! Fun to drive, great comfort

I love to drive my FIAT 500 Abarth, manual shift. The driving experience is smooth and responsive, visibility is unparalleled and the interior design is perfect: the dashboard is streamlined and uncluttered. For those who wonder about safety, a larger car (not SUV) ran into my previous FIAT 500 Abarth; all the airbags deployed and I walked away while the car was totaled. I purchased another FIAT 500.

very reliable and sporty

it is a great fun car. it has been very reliable and starts right up every morning. the only thing is that i wish it was a little bigger in the back seating area. love that raspy exhaust.

This car was great for travelling anywhere. It is very easy to park since it's so compact, but a more than 6' guy can feel comfortable. Interior is roomy for a small vehicle. Gas mileage is great too...34mpg so far with only 6700 miles on it.

Great little vehicle

Not a single problem with my 500. Manual transmission, great little commuting car. More than enough power to go from A to B. No need to follow the SUV trend.

Most horrible car

So I purchased a 2016 fiat last year well last month I was driving my car shift to neutral by its self I thought I was tripping. Well Friday just pass my check engine light came on brought it to mechanic shop these two codes pop up U 0001 and U 0402 which is wire harness and (tcm) which is transmission control module so I called fiat and the fiat 500x had those recall in 2016 so now I'm fighting for them to recall the fiat 500x because they all the same xxxx anyone else had problem?

very fun and reliable

this car is sporty and fun. it has enough room for most of my needs. i just wish it was alittle bigger in the back seat.

Best car I've ever owned

Much more fun than my Porsche, Viper, AC Cobras, Honda S2000, Miatas, or Corvettes. Fast, great handling, sounds like a Ferrari. Light, nimble, great steering, tons of room inside, great visibility.
