2015 Ford C-Max Energi consumer reviews

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

Great reliable car. Nice to run around town on nothing but the battery, but always have the gas/hybrid system so you don't worry about finding a charging station when traveling. The interior features are some of the nicest in the cars we own.

Very happy to have a hybrid again, and especially a plug-in. The size is perfect, and the advances since the first hybrids are amazing. A little on the pricey side - even though used - but I'm thoroughly pleased.

All of our family members love this car for the very reliable easy driving and comfortable interior. Great gas mileage. We had an issue with a windshield leak when new and it was fixed under warranty promptly . Otherwise there has been no problems for four years.

Ford is the absolute worst to deal with when filing a claim on a SAFETY recall. It's a RECALL, so obviously they acknowledge the issue but refuse to step up and take ownership of a safety defect with the C-Max Energi charger. I now understand the multiple lawsuits they face regarding recalls and defective vehicles and will not own another Ford product again.

Can't believe all the room ,ride comfortable ,handling very excellent price I never had an SUV . We love the heated seats . Back up camera . My one brother drove it .He couldn't how it handled .

I bought this car with only 29,000 mile. So far this has been a great car. I plug this car in every night and drive to work in mostly electric mode only. So great as I am averaging about 45 mpg. This car comes standard with so many great options.

The first thing I look for is a car that fits. Im a big guy, wide and tall, so I need head room, shoulder width, leg room and can't have my knees crunch on the dashboard. I drove my VW Bug until it was ready to be done and found the Ford C-Max Energi This vehicle is Amazing! Comfortable, sporty, small but large. Lots of bells and whistles in the SEL model like remote start, redirective brakes, push start, Sirius, USB ports- steering wheel controls, touch screen- I love that I have driven back and forth to work the entire week on 1/8 tank of gas. Charging is easy as it comes with a standard 110v EVSN. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life from auction to neighbor to mechanic to dealer. This was above and beyond by best experience! Carin at Ford Maguire in Ithaca, NY was a phenomenal sales person. Though she admitted she was new to this profession, you couldn't tell- she seemed to care what I drove and why I needed what I needed- a very good listener. No pressure on the up-sells and great communication. Other dealerships in town, Ive found smarmy, pushy or just flaked out. Carin made it an easy, thorough and smooth transaction. So happy with my new hybrid!

This is the first car I've bought since 1997. With all the great features and controls, it is way smarter than I am. I am very happy with the Ford C-Max Energi.
