transmission didn't last 50,000 miles

The size of the Escape it good, Not too big for driving and parking. I love the size and interior room. The boxy shape makes it easier to fit the dogs in the back, (with the seat down).

Ford Escape Body on Frame Platform

I currently own a 2011 Ford Escape XLT. CONS; With the body on frame set up vs. the newer body style, unibody is a bit rougher of a ride. The 2.5 motor is slightly underpowered. PROS; Gets good fuel mileage. Has more space than the newer unibody modles. Styling is more SUV than crossover for this year.

Affordable and Reliable Transpotation

We liked our 1st Escape so much, we purchased a 2nd one 4 years later. Low maintenance and highly reliable automobile that I would recommend to anyone.

Test Drove The 2011 Escape

It was a good car that was test driven but, I purchased an 2010 Escape with less mileage on it from another dealer in Greensboro, NC.

This car is absolutely amazing! It has an amazing amount of room and can go just about anywhere. Don?t love the gas mileage but completely worth it!

Handles very well. 4WD

Handles very well for a 4WD vehicle has enough space to fit 5 adults comfortably. I feel safe driving this vehicle with my young son in the vehicle. Enough space in the hatch area.

So far so good

I've had this vehicle for about a month now. It's been great in the snow and has done well on mpg. Ride is comfortable and the interior feels very roomy for a small suv. Not a lot of pep in the acceleration, but that's really the only complaint I have.

Lasting Luxury. Fair price.

Love this car. 7 years old. 104,000 miles and never a problem. Oil changes, brakes and tires are all I?ve needed. I?ve towed more than it?s limit up mountains and it?s powered through it all. All I wish is that it had a bigger gas tank.

Reliable, Comfortable

This vehicle is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. My first car was an older model of the same one and is still running currently. The Escape is super comfortable and spacious but isn?t huge like you would think an SUV would be. The boxy shape looks good, and it?s far from an eye sore. Has lots of space for storage and passengers and has towing capabilities.
